Claims (13)

  1. System zur Verteilung und zum Verschluß (1), das dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Endabschnitt eines Behältnisses (2) angeordnet zu werden, insbesondere einer weichen Tube, die ein flüssiges oder fließfähiges Produkt enthält, dessen Entleerung man durch Druck auf die genannte Tube (2) hervorruft, der Bauart, die durch ein Ventil (3) gebildet ist, welches zwei konzentrische Elemente (4, 5) enthält, von denen das eine (4) eine bewegliche zylindrische Klappe bildet, die an ihrem oberen zentralen Bereich eine Öffnung (6) bildet, die einen über den Umfang verlaufenden Sitz festlegt, und von denen das andere (5) einen zylindrischen Körper bildet, der aus einer Platte (7) zur Verbindung mit der Tube (2) hervorgeht, und dessen oberer geschlossener Endabschnitt (8) des genannten zylindrischen Körpers (5) geeignet ist, zum Verschließen mit dem Sitz (6) der genannten beweglichen Klappe (4) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die beiden Elemente (4, 5) zwischen sich einen ringförmigen Raum (9) bilden, durch den das Produkt (10) hindurchgeht, bei einem manuellen Druck (F1, F2), der auf die Tube (2) ausgeübt wird, wobei als Folge davon eine unmittelbare Wirkung des Produkts (10) auf die Klappe (4) hervorgerufen wird, die auf diese zur Öffnung einwirkt, gegen die Wirkung eines elastischen Rückstellorgans (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine doppelte Dichtigkeit aufweist, die in Höhe der Zone von Öffnung und Schließung des Ventils (3) durch die Kombination eines ersten über den Umfang verlaufenden Rands (29) und eines zweiten Rands (31), der ebenfalls über den Umfang verläuft und in einem Abstand von dem ersten Rand (29) ausgebildet ist, erhalten wird, wobei dieser auf dem Sitz (6) der beweglichen Klappe (4) ausgebildet ist, um eine axiale Wirkung auf einen entsprechenden Bereich des Endabschnitts (8) des zylindrischen Körpers (5) der Verbindungsplatte (7) auszuüben, während der zweite Rand (31), der ebenfalls über den Umfang verläuft, ebenfalls ausgehend von dem Sitz (6) der Klappe (4) ausgebildet ist, um eine radiale Wirkung auf einen axialen Teil des genannten zylindrischen Körpers (5) der Verbindungsplatte (7) auszuüben, auf eine solche Weise, daß die genannten Ränder (29, 31) einen doppelten Verschluß bilden, von denen jeder seitlich versetzt ist, auf eine solche Weise, daß beim Verschließen der Rest des Materials, der sich zwischen den beiden Rändern befindet, nach außen herausgedrückt wird, ohne daß eine Bewegung des bereits ausgetretenen Produkts zurück in Richtung auf das Innere möglich ist.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische bewegliche Klappe (4) in einer axialen Richtung verschieblich gehalten ist zwischen dem Körper (5) und der Verbindungsplatte (7), die dazu bestimmt ist, fest mit dem Endabschnitt (12) der Tube (2) verbunden zu sein, und einer zylindrischen Haube (13), die das genannte System abdeckt und ebenfalls dazu bestimmt ist, fest mit der Tube (2) verbunden zu sein, wobei die genannte Haube (13) an ihrem oberen Abschnitt eine erste innere zylindrische Bohrung (14) aufweist, die an ihren beiden Enden offen ist, und in der ein erster zylindrischer Abschnitt (15) der Klappe (4) geführt ist und in der Lage ist, sich zu verschieben, wenn sie im Öffnungs- oder Schließungssinne arbeitet.
  3. System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Klappe (4) einen zweiten zylindrischen Führungsbereich (16) aufweist, der konzentrisch zu dem ersten (15) ist und der auf dem Umfang eines Bodenflanschs (17) ausgebildet ist, der sich ausgehend von einer unteren Zone des ersten zylindrischen Bereichs (15) der genannten Klappe (4) erstreckt und in Kontakt mit einer zweiten inneren Bohrung (18) der Haube (13) kommt, die lediglich in ihrem unteren Bereich offen ist.
  4. System nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite zylindrische Führungsbereich (16) der beweglichen Klappe (4) einen oberen Rand (19) und einen unteren Rand (20) aufweist, die auf der zweiten Bohrung (18) der Haube (13) reiben, um die Dichtigkeit während der Funktion der genannten Klappe (4) sicherzustellen.
  5. System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand der Haube (13), die die zweite innere Bohrung (18) von dieser bildet, sich in ihrem unteren Bereich fortsetzt, um einen über den Umfang verlaufenden Endrand (21) zu bilden, der fest mit einem hochgezogenen Rand (22) der Verbindungsplatte (7) zusammenwirkt, wobei diese durch einen Kragen gebildet ist, der ausgehend von einer oberen Zone einer zylindrischen Manschette (23) gebildet ist, die von der genannten Platte (7) an ihrem unteren Bereich hervorgeht, wobei die genannte Manschette dazu bestimmt ist, fest mit dem oberen Endabschnitt (12) der Tube (2), die sie abdeckt, zusammenzuwirken.
  6. System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsplatte (7) einen zweiten hochgezogenen Rand (24) aufweist, der konzentrisch zwischen dem ersten hochgezogenen, über den Umfang verlaufenden Rand (22) und dem feststehenden zylindrischen Körper (5) der genannten Verbindungsplatte (7) ausgebildet ist, auf eine solche Weise, daß ein unterer Anschlag für die bewegliche Klappe (4), der beim Schließen wirkt, gebildet wird, wobei ein unterer Endabschnitt (25) der ersten Bohrung (14) der Haube (13) einen oberen Anschlag für die genannte Klappe (4) bildet, der beim Öffnen wirkt.
  7. System nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Rückstellorgan (11) der beweglichen Klappe (4) zwischen einem inneren Bereich von dieser und einem inneren Bereich der feststehenden Haube (13) angeordnet ist.
  8. System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Rückstellorgan (11) durch eine Scheibe (26) gebildet ist, von der eine Anzahl von radialen Armen (27) abgehen, die in gleicher Weise in Winkelrichtung beabstandet angeordnet sind, wobei die genannte Scheibe (26) fest auf einer inneren Abstufung (28) der Haube (13) angeordnet ist, während die Arme (27) auf den Bodenflansch (17) der beweglichen Klappe (4) drücken, so daß dieses nach einer Öffnung automatisch in Schließrichtung zurückbewegt wird.
  9. System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Rückstellorgan (11) durch eine Anzahl von radialen Armen (27) gebildet ist, die unter gleichen Winkeln in Winkelrichtung beabstandet angeordnet sind und durch Abformen mit einem inneren Bereich der Haube (13) erhalten sind, wobei die Arme (27) auf den Bodenflansch (17) der beweglichen Klappe (4) drücken, so daß dieses nach einem Öffnungsvorgang automatisch in Schließrichtung zurückbewegt wird.
  10. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Vorrichtung zur Wiederaufnahme von Luft aufweist, die durch einen Ansatz (32) gebildet ist, der am unteren Teil der Verbindungsplatte (7) ausgebildet ist und in dessen Inneren ein poröses antibakterielles Filter angeordnet ist.
  11. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Verschlußdeckel aufweist, dessen innere Druckzone in Druckkontakt mit dem oberen Ende des Ventils (3) kommt, um die Öffnung zu blockieren.
  12. System nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Klappe (4), die Verbindungsplatte (7), die Haube (13), das elastische Organ (11), der Deckel, durch Abformen aus einem plastischen Material hergestellt sind.
  13. System nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile des Abgabesystems, nämlich die bewegliche Klappe (4), die Verbindungsplatte (7), die Haube (13), das elastische Organ (11), der Deckel, aus Kunststoffmaterial, welches Silberionen enthält, hergestellt sind.
