Claims (23)
- Grille d'aération, utilisée de préférence au niveau de transformateurs, de coffrets de commande, de climatiseurs, de filtres et de systèmes d'aération de véhicules, la grille pouvant être située au niveau des murs extérieurs d'un bâtiment, des parois extérieures d'un châssis, d'une boîte ou d'un élément similaire, là grille étant constituée d'une tôle ajourée formée d'une séquence de lamelles et en particulier d'une tôle ajourée et plissée, ainsi que d'au moins une zone perméable à l'air, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble constituant la grille est formé d'une double couche comportant au moins deux tôles ajourées et plissées (1, 2) situées face à face à une distance donnée et formant une seule grille.
- Grille d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la ou les zones (3, 4) perméables à l'air sont des zones comportant des jours.
- Grille d'aération selon une ou deux des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la taille ou le diamètre des jours de la ou des zone(s) (3, 4) peut être adapté(e) aux usages ou aux éventuelles situations de dysfonctionnement afin d'être adapté(e) à des pressions et à des flux gazeux pouvant le cas échéant être générés à l'intérieur du châssis.

- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la forme de l'ouverture ou des ouvertures (5) peut être rectangulaire, carrée, ovale, ronde ou polyédrique.
- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les zones perméables à l'air (3, 4) des tôles ajourées et plissées (1, 2), situées face à face, sont décalées latéralement l'une par rapport à l'autre.

ou la condensation s'écoule, à l'état monté, verticalement vers le bas et de préférence au niveau de la zone fermée. - Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il existe au moins dans la zone inférieure de la grille d'aération ou du cadre (8) un rebord (6) possédant des ouvertures extérieures d'écoulement (7) qui permettent, le cas échéant, de guider des liquides rentrés à l'intérieur de la grille, par exemple de l'eau et/ou de la condensation, vers l'extérieur.
- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de nettoyage est prévu et situé, de préférence, entre les deux tôles ajourées et plissées (1, 2).
- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage est configuré de façon à pouvoir nettoyer par des moyens pneumatiques, hydrauliques ou mécaniques.
- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il existe au niveau de la grille une protection contre les insectes, empêchant les petits animaux de rentrer à l'intérieur de la grille.
- Grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la protection contre les insectes, empêchant les petits animaux de rentrer à l'intérieur de la grille, est réalisée par le choix des dimensions des ouvertures de la tôle ajourée et plissée et ceci, au moins au niveau de la tôle ajourée et plissée arrière (2).
- Système de grilles d'aération ou de fabrication de telles grilles, de dimensions variables, selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 20, consistant en des dispositifs de protection contre les insectes, empêchant les petits animaux de rentrer à l'intérieur de la grille, en différents dispositifs de nettoyage et en des tôles ajourées et plissées (1, 2) comportant des zones perméables à l'air (3, 4), des ouvertures (5) de dimensions différentes et des tôles formant un cadre autour des grilles, ces tôles étant fabriquées à partir de matériaux se présentant sous forme de rouleaux, de tiges ou prédécoupées à différentes dimensions.
- Transformateur, coffret de commande, climatiseur, filtre ou système d'aération pour véhicules, comportant une grille d'aération selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 20.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une grille d'aération selon une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé par la séquence de procédés de fabrication suivante :- coupe et découpe des matériaux, formant ultérieurement des tôles ajourées et plissées, matériaux disponibles sous forme de rouleaux, de tiges ou de plaques et de préférence sous forme d'une seule pièce pouvant être, soit des tiges, soit des plaques,- pliage des tôles ajourées à la forme souhaitée,- interconnexion des tôles ajourées et plissées par des moyens de connexion,- découpe et fixation des parties extérieures formant le cadre.
