Claims (25)
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Walzen an Kalandern, die mindestens einen Walzenträger aufweist, der drehbeweglich von mindestens einem Kalanderständer gehaltert ist und der zur mindestens zeitweiligen gleichzeitigen Halterung von mindestens zwei Walzen ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (6, 7) austauschbar am Walzenträger (5) angeordnet sind und daß der Walzenträger (5) für jede der Walzen (6, 7) mindestens eine Führung (25) aufweist, in die die Walzen (6, 7) mit einem Walzenlager (8) relativ zu einer Drehachse (26) des Walzenträgers (5) in radialer Richtung (27) einsetzbar und entnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einsetzen und Entnehmen der Walzen (6, 7) in den Walzenträger (5) in lotrechter Richtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenträger (5) mittels Rollen (19) im Bereich eines Gestelloberteiles (4) des Kalanderständers (2) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenträger (5) aus mindestens einer Rotorscheibe (17) ausgebildet ist, die eine Verzahnung (20) zur Verbindung mit mindestens einem Antriebszahnrad (21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zum Walzenträger (5) eine Gegenwalze (9) für die Walzen (6, 7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (9) und mindestens eine der Walzen (6, 7) relativ zueinander einen Längsachsenversatz aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenträger (5) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenträger (5) gemeinsam mit dem Gestelloberteil (4) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Positionierung des Walzenträgers (5) ein hydraulischer Antrieb verwendet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalander (1) zur Herstellung von Profilbahnen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalander (1) zur Verarbeitung von elastomeren Materialien ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalander (1) zur Herstellung von Profilbahnen für Reifen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen der Gegenwalze (9) und der benachbarten Walze (6, 7) in einer Produktspositionierung ein Spalt erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt eine Dimensionierung im Bereich von 0,2 bis 10 mm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Antrieb der Walzen (6, 7, 9) mindestens zwei Motoren (11, 12) verwendet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (9) mit einem Motor (11) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß allen im Bereich des Walzenträgers (5) angeordneten Walzen (6, 7) gemeinsam genau ein Motor (12) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motoren (11, 12) als Getriebemotoren ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (12) über eine Kupplung (13) mit einer der Walzen (6, 7) verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenträger (5) von einer Hubeinrichtung (22) spielfrei in eine zugeordnete Lagerung einpreßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubeinrichtung (22) hydraulisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenlager (8) von einer Hubeinrichtung (23) spielfrei in die zugeordnete Führung des Walzenträgers (5) einpreßbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubeinrichtung (23) hydraulisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (6, 7) mit einer Heizeinrichtung (14) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (14) aus Heißwasserleitungen ausgebildet ist.
