Claims (6)
- Joint de plancher pour un vantail de porte,
avec une barre profilée (9) essentiellement en forme de U, mobile dans une rainure (2) du côté inférieur du vantail de porte (1) au moyen d'un mécanisme (14) actionné à la fermeture de la porte, depuis une position de repos en retrait vers le haut, vers une position basse d'étanchéité, contre la force d'un ressort,
et avec au moins un élément d'étanchéité (10) fixé sur la barre profilée (9) en matière élastique, ledit ou lesdits éléments d'étanchéité présentant un segment inférieur de plancher (13) et de troisièmes branches (18) latérales raccordées à celui-ci, s'étendant vers le haut essentiellement parallèlement aux parois latérales verticales (19) de la rainure (2),
caractérisé en ce que les pattes de bordure supérieures (16) des deux deuxièmes branches (15) de la barre profilée (9) sont respectivement pliées à angle aigu vers l'extérieur,
en ce que les extrémités libres (17) des troisièmes branches (18) de l'élément d'étanchéité (10, 10a, 10b) sont en position de repos de la barre profilée (9) situées à hauteur du pliage initial des pattes de bordure supérieures (16) de ses deuxièmes branches (15),
et en ce que le segment inférieur de plancher (13) de l'élément d'étanchéité (10) ou de chaque élément d'étanchéité (10a, 10b) est soumis à la force d'un ressort en position d'étanchéité de la barre profilée (9) de manière que les extrémités libres (17) des troisièmes branches (18) de l'élément d'étanchéité (10, 10a, 10b) ainsi déplacées vers le haut soient serrées contre les parois latérales (19) de la rainure (2) par les pattes de bordure pliées (16) des deuxièmes branches (15) de la barre profilée (9). - Joint de plancher selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé de montage (5) essentiellement en forme de U inversé, fixable sur le fond de la rainure (7), sert de palier de butée pour le mécanisme (14) et en ce que les extrémités libres de ses premières branches (6), lesquelles ne s'êtendent que partiellement sur la profondeur de la rainure et reposent contre les parois latérales (19) de la rainure (2) forment des butées pour les pattes de bordure pliées (16) des deuxièmes branches (15) de la barre profilée (9). - Joint de plancher selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que les segments de bordure (8) des extrémités libres des premières branches (6) du profilé de montage (5) sont pliés vers l'intérieur. - Joint de plancher selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé de montage (5) essentiellement en forme de U inversé, fixable sur le fond de la rainure (7), sert de palier de butée pour le mécanisme (14), en ce que ses premières branches (6) couvrent les parois latérales (19) de la rainure (2), et en ce que des pattes saillantes (24) dirigées vers l'intérieur forment sur ses premières branches (6) des butées pour les pattes de bordure pliées (16) des deuxièmes branches (15) de la barre profilée (9). - Joint de plancher selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes branches (15) des barres profilées (9) sont prolongées par des segments prolongateurs (20) parallèles reposant contre les extrémités précédemment libres des pattes de bordure pliées (16). - Joint de plancher selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé de montage (5) essentiellement en forme de U inversé, fixable sur le fond de la rainure (7), sert de palier de butée pour le mécanisme (14), en ce que ses premières branches (6) reposent contre la traverse (21), décalées relativement à l'intérieur de la rainure (2), les segments prolongateurs (20) des deuxièmes branches (15) de la barre profilée (9) s'étendant entre les parois latérales (19) de la rainure (2) et les premières branches (6) du profilé de montage (5).
