Definitions
- the invention relates to a toilet with a basin, the one in the upper area Rinse water inlet and at the deepest point has an outlet that over a Odor trap can be connected to a sewage pipe. Furthermore, the Invention an installation element.
- the pool drain is via an in WC trained odor trap on a wall or floor installed Waste water pipe connectable.
- the one holding a barrier water level Odor trap is designed as a siphon, an integral part of the Ceramic body is.
- the prescribed sealing water height of at least 5 cm of the Odor trap is generally by garnishing a tongue or creates the pre-casting. If the siphon is formed from the outside the outer surface of the toilet by garnishing windows getting closed. If the tongue is formed from the inside, one needs either Wedges for undercuts or broken fragments from the Cut the inner bowl and plastered it.
- the invention has for its object to avoid these disadvantages of the known toilets and to create a toilet that can be manufactured much easier with improved flushing function, both the projection of the toilet can be reduced and the ground clearance can be increased.
- the pool drain ends with a pipe section that can be connected to a separate siphon.
- the pipe section runs approximately horizontally and ends approximately in the wall contact surface of the toilet.
- an installation element for a toilet proposed according to the invention, in which a barrier water level holding siphon is arranged separately from the toilet.
- the siphon can according to one Another feature of the invention can be designed as a suction molding. He will preferably as a plastic part with a continuously changing cross-section educated.
- the toilet from whose ceramic body the siphon is removed and as a separate component has been moved to the installation element can be much easier getting produced. Tongues or pre-castings are no longer required, so that It is possible to create a toilet using a three-part shape, the one Manufacturing on the most modern production facilities, especially through fully automatic die casting enables and thus the manufacturing costs significantly reduced.
- the surrounding outside of the toilet can be molded as a ceramic apron, whereby the exterior design of the toilet and the basin design are separated in terms of shape are. This means that the underside of the toilet can be open in the invisible area that in this area a completely concealed fastening without additional Effort and using simple fasteners can be realized can.
- open toilet underside Another advantage of the open toilet underside is that a closed water edge can be formed formally from below and thus no higher effort than when manufacturing a toilet with an open one Water's edge arises.
- the open bottom of the toilet can also be a more effective one Take up surface washing system, such as metal nozzles, whereby Assembly is facilitated.
- the installation element which according to the invention has an odor trap contains siphon, leads to an overall optimal rinsing function, since the Siphon can be made independently of the toilet.
- the siphon can for example, be designed as a suction molding. Besides, it is possible to use it as a plastic part with a continuously changing cross-section to train, which not only significantly improves the flushing function of the toilet leaves, but only minimal compared to ceramic production Tolerances occur.
- the continuously changing cross-section of the siphon avoids dirt deposits. Since the siphon, especially as Suction fitting located in the installation element, the entire height between top edge screed and sealing water level for good Extraction function used and yet a large ground clearance can be realized.
- the toilet shown on the drawing is a wall-hung toilet 1, which is provided with a toilet seat 2 and cover 3 and is attached to an installation element 4 in front of a wall.
- the toilet 1 comprises a basin 11, which is at its lowest point in a piece of pipe 12 opens, which ends in the wall contact surface 13.
- the pool 11 is from surrounded by an apron 14 which is formed independently of the basin 11 and in runs out in a rinsing rim 15, the one on its underside annular flushing opening 16 with the pool 11 forms the best in FIGS. 4 and 6 is recognizable.
- the rinsing rim 15 is provided with a pipe socket 17, through which the rinsing water via the rinsing opening 16 of the rinsing rim 15 Basin 11 is supplied over the entire surface.
- Fig. 2 shows that in the installation element 4, a cistern 5 with a Actuation 6 is provided, which is connected to the pipe socket via a flushing water pipe 7 17 is connected.
- the pipe section 12 of the pool drain that ends in the wall contact surface 13 is by means of a sleeve containing at least one seal with a siphon 8 connected, in the illustrated embodiment as a suction fitting is trained.
- the siphon 8 is made of plastic and thus with the smallest possible Tolerances. It is connected to a sewage pipe, not shown connected, which discharges the waste water in a suitable manner.
- the toilet 1 is fastened by two fastening elements Push fastening holes 18 through. Because of the open apron 14 and their design independent of the pool 11 is an access to the Fasteners given without these elements visible from the outside are.
- FIGS. 7 to 9 show that overall a relatively easy to shape toilet body that with the precisely made of plastic, designed as a suction fitting Siphon 8 in the installation element 4 can be connected in a simple manner.
