Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen mit:einer ersten Gehäuseeinheit(1), an der die Vorrichtung zu halten ist,einer zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2), in der mindestens eine Werkzeugaufnahme (9) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Gehäuseeinheit (1,2) relativ zueinander drehbar miteinander gekoppelt sind, undAntriebsmitteln (6,7,10) zum Antreiben der mindestens einen Werkzeugaufnahme (9) und zum Antreiben der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) zur Drehung relativ zu der ersten Gehäuseeinheit (1).
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die erste und die zweite Gehäuseeinheit (1,2) über eine Lagerung (3) für eine konzentrische Drehung miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (1,2) eine Dichtungseinrichtung (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei die Dichtungseinrichtung (8) eine Spalt- bzw. Labyrinthdichtung, ein Dichtungselement oder eine Luftstromdichtung oder Kombinationen davon umfasst.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei drei Werkzeugaufnahmen (9) jeweils um eine eigene Achse (11) drehbar in der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Antriebsmittel mindestens eine elektrische, pneumatische oder hydraulische Drehantriebsquelle (10) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei die Antriebsmittel eine gemeinsame Drehantriebsquelle (10) für die mindestens eine Werkzeugaufnahme (9) und die Relativdrehung der ersten und zweiten Gehäuseeinheiten (1,2) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Antriebsmittel ferner ein Getriebe (9) zur Übertragung des Drehmoments von einer Abtriebswelle (5) der mindestens einen Drehantriebsquelle (10) auf die Achse(n) (11) der Werkzeugaufnahme(n) (9) umfasst und das Getriebe (9) in der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Antriebsmittel ferner mindestens ein mit dem Getriebe (9) gekoppeltes Antriebselement (7) umfassen, das mit dem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) in kraft- und/oder formschlüssiger Verbindung zum Übertragen eines Drehmoments auf die erste Gehäuseeinheit (1) zur Drehung derselben relativ zu der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) steht.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, jeweils in Verbindung mit Anspruch 2 und 6, wobei die Lagerung (3), über die die erste und die zweite Gehäuseeinheit (1,2) relativ zueinander drehbar gekoppelt sind, auf einer Abtriebswelle (5) der Drehantriebsquelle (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Antriebsmittel eine erste, in der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) aufgenommene elektrische, pneumatische oder hydraulische Drehantriebsquelle für den Antrieb der mindestens einen Werkzeugaufnahme (9) sowie eine zweite in der ersten Gehäuseeinheit (1) aufgenommene elektrische, pneumatische oder hydraulische Drehantriebsquelle für den Antrieb der ersten Gehäuseeinheit zur Drehung relativ zu der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit umfassen.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Drehung der ersten Gehäuseeinheit (1) relativ zu der zweiten Gehäuseeinheit (2) hinsichtlich der Drehrichtung entgegengesetzt der Drehung der mindestens einen Werkzeugaufnahme (9) ist.
