Claims (11)
- Walze für eine Druckmaschine mit mindestens zwei um die Mittelachse der Walze umlaufenden Teilbereichen (25, 33) aus farbfreundlichem Material und mindestens einem umlaufenden Teilbereich (23, 34) aus farbabweisendem Material, welcher zwischen den mindestens zwei umlaufenden Teilbereichen (25, 33) aus farbfreundlichem Material angeordnet ist.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mindestens zwei farbfreundlichen Teilebereiche (25, 33) aus einer Keramik, aus Kupfer, aus Polyamid oder aus Rilsan hergestellt sind.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der mindestens eine umlaufende farbabweisende Teilbereich (23, 34) aus Chrom ist.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer Mehrzahl von umlaufenden Teilbereichen aus farbfreundlichem Material und einer zwischen den Teilbereichen aus farbfreundlichem Material liegenden Mehrzahl von umlaufenden Teilbereichen aus farbabstoßendem Material.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein umlaufender Teilbereich aus farbfreundlichem Material 0,1 bis 0,5 mm dick und/oder 25 bis 35 cm breit ist.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein umlaufender Teilbereich aus farbabweisendem Material 0,01 bis 0,10 mm dick und 18 bis 26 mm breit ist.
- Feuchtwerk mit mindestens einer Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei an einem Walzenrohkörper (20, 30) mindestens zwei ringförmige Strukturen (25, 33) aus farbfreundlichem Material und zwischen diesen ringförmigen Strukturen (25, 33) liegend mindestens eine ringförmige Struktur (23, 34) aus farbabweisendem Material ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei ein Walzenrohkörper (20, 30) zur Herstellung einer in etwa planaren Oberfläche gedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der zwei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ringförmigen Strukturen (23, 25, 33, 34) durch Aufschweißen, Verchromen oder Plasmabeschichtung aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der drei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens ein Randbereich einer ringförmigen Struktur (23, 25, 33, 34) zur Versiegelung verschweißt wird.
