Claims (8)
- Nivelliervorrichtung für einen Arbeitskorb (56) einer fahrbaren oder nicht-fahrbaren Hubarbeitsbühne, wobei der Arbeitskorb (56) an einem Korbträger (24) angebracht ist und der Korbträger (24) über ein Drehgelenk (26) mit einem Korbarm (16) beweglich verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Korbarms (16) mindestens ein Nivellierzylinder (38) angeordnet ist, wobei der Nivellierzylinder (38) mit mindestens einem Kettentrieb (34) zum Bewegen einer ersten Umlenkrolle (28) verbunden ist und die erste Umlenkrolle (28) mit dem Drehgelenk (26) in Wirkverbindung steht, derart, dass über die Steuerung des Nivellierzylinders (38) der Korbträger (24) bewegt wird und der Arbeitskorb (56) in ungefähr horizontaler und/oder senkrechter Ausrichtung gehalten wird. - Nivelliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Arbeitskorb (56) mindestens ein Neigungssensor (42) zum Erfassen der Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) gegenüber der Horizontalen und/oder der Vertikalen angeordnet ist und der Neigungssensor (42) über eine Signal- bzw. Datenleitung mit einer Auswerte- und Steuereinheit verbunden ist, wobei die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit in Abhängigkeit von den Signalen bzw. ermittelten Daten des Neigungssensors (42) Steuersignale an den Nivellierzylinder (38) übermittelt, derart, dass der Arbeitskorb (56) mittels dem Nivellierzylinder (38) und dem Kettentrieb (34) in ungefähr horizontaler und/oder senkrechter Ausrichtung gehalten wird. - Nivelliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem Drehturm (12) und einem Ausleger (14) der Hubarbeitsbühne ein erster Drehsensor (44) und zwischen dem Ausleger (14) und dem Korbarm (16) ein zweiter Drehsensor (46) zur Ermittelung der jeweiligen Winkel (α1, α2) zwischen dem Drehturm (14) und dem Ausleger (14) sowie dem Ausleger (14) und dem Korbarm (16) angeordnet sind, wobei die Addition der Winkel (α1, α2) die Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) gegenüber der Horizontalen und/oder der Vertikalen darstellt und die Drehsensoren (44, 46) über jeweils eine Signal- bzw. Datenleitung mit einer Auswerte- und Steuereinheit verbunden sind, wobei die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit in Abhängigkeit von den Signalen bzw. ermittelten Daten der Drehsensoren (44, 46) Steuersignale an den Nivellierzylinder (38) übermittelt, derart, dass der Arbeitskorb (56) mittels dem Nivellierzylinder (38) und dem Kettentrieb (34) in ungefähr horizontaler und/oder senkrechter Ausrichtung gehalten wird. - Hubarbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungssensor (42) und/oder die Drehsensoren (44, 46) und/oder die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit beim Überschreiten einer vordefinierten Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) und/oder des Auslegers (14) und/oder des Korbarms (16) ein Steuersignal zum Abschalten der Hubarbeitsbühne und/oder ein Warnsignal abgibt. - Hubarbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Ausleger (14) und/oder der Korbarm (16) teleskopierbar ausgebildet sind. - Hubarbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettentrieb (34) mindestens eine Kettenspannvorrichtung (36, 58) aufweist. - Verfahren zur Nivellierung eines Arbeitskorbs (56) einer Hubarbeitsbühne (10) gegenüber einem Korbarm (16) an dessen einem Ende der Arbeitskorb (56) beweglich befestigt ist und/oder gegenüber einem Ausleger (14),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:(a) Erfassen der Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) gegenüber der Horizontalen und/oder der Vertikalen mittels mindestens einem am Arbeitskorb (56) angeordneten Neigungssensor (42);
und/oder(b) Erfassen der Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) gegenüber der Horizontalen und/oder der Vertikalen mittels einem zwischen einem Drehturm (12) und dem Ausleger (14) angeordneten ersten Drehsensor (44) und mittels einem zwischen dem Ausleger (14) und dem Korbarm (16) angeordneten zweiten Drehsensor (46) zur Ermittelung der jeweiligen Winkel (α1, α2) zwischen dem Drehturm (14) und dem Ausleger (14) sowie dem Ausleger (14) und dem Korbarm (16), wobei die Addition der Winkel (α1, α2) die Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (56) gegenüber der Horizontalen und/oder der Vertikalen darstellt;(c) Übermittlung der durch den Neigungssensor (42) und/oder die Drehsensoren (44, 46) ermittelten Signale bzw. Daten mittels einer oder mehrerer Signal- bzw. Datenleitungen an mindestens eine Auswerteund Steuereinheit;(d) Steuerung von mindestens einem Nivellierzylinders (38) mit Hilfe der Auswerte- und Steuereinheit in Abhängigkeit von den Signalen bzw. ermittelten Daten des Neigungssensors (20) und/oder der Drehsensoren (44, 46), wobei der Nivellierzylinder (38) mit mindestens einem Kettentrieb (34) zum Bewegen einer ersten Umlenkrolle (28) verbunden ist und die erste Umlenkrolle (28) mit einem Drehgelenk (26) in Wirkverbindung steht, derart, dass über die Steuerung des Nivellierzylinders (38) ein Korbträger (24) des Arbeitskorbs (56) bewegt wird und der Arbeitskorb (56) in ungefähr horizontaler und/oder senkrechter Ausrichtung gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Neigungssensor (42) und/oder die Drehsensoren (44, 46) und/oder die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit beim Überschreiten einer vordefinierten Neigung des Arbeitskorbs (16) und/oder des Teleskopauslegers ein Signal zum Abschalten der Hubarbeitsbühne (10) und/oder ein Warnsignal abgibt.
