Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Ausformen von Werkstücken aus einem Materialstreifen unter Einsatz eines Ausformhilfsstoffes mittels einem Werkzeug, welches zumindest teilweise oder ganz entlang einer Kontur in den Materialstreifen eindringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ausformhilfsstoff nur entlang der Kontur des auszuformenden Werkstückes vor dem Ausformen des Werkstückes ein- oder beidseitig auf den Materialstreifen aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausformhilfsstoff beidseits, entlang der Kontur auf den Materialstreifen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausformhilfsstoff während dem Ausformvorgang auf den Materialstreifen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausformhilfsstoff vom Werkzeug aus direkt auf den Materialstreifen entlang der Kontur angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Werkzeuges, beispielsweise ein Stempel, eine Oberflächenstruktur aufweist, in der zumindest ein Teil des Ausformhilfsstoffes aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausformhilfsstoff in einem Arbeitsschnitt vor dem Ausformen auf den Materialstreifen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausformhilfsstoff entlang der Kontur des auszuformenden Werkstückes auf den Materialstreifen aufgewalzt, aufgedruckt oder mittels Sprühdüsen freiprogrammierbar in Strichdicke und Auftragsdicke oder als Punktereihe mit variabler Punktgrösse und damit variablem Ausformhilfsstoffinhalt aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Materialstreifen ein Werkstück im Feinschneidverfahren ausgeschnitten wird.
