Claims (11)
- Fenster, Tür oder dgl. mit einem Flügel und einem festen Rahmen, sowie mit einem Treibstangenbeschlag (1), der eine Treibstange (4) aufweist, die an dem Flügel oder dem festen Rahmen längsverschieblich geführt und mittels eines Treibstangenantriebs in Verschieberichtung (V) bewegbar ist, wobei der Treibstangenantrieb einen an der Treibstange (4) in Verschieberichtung (V) abgestützten Mitnehmer (11, 40) umfasst, der seinerseits mittels eines in einer Getriebeaufnahme (10) des Flügels oder des festen Rahmens angeordneten Getriebes (9) in Verschieberichtung (V) der Treibstange (4) antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Treibstange (4) eine Öffnung (8) aufweist, in der der Mitnehmer (11, 40) vollständig aufgenommen ist und an deren Rand der Mitnehmer (11, 40) in Verschieberichtung (V) der Treibstange (4) abgestützt ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (8) so bemessen ist, dass das Getriebe (9) durch die Öffnung (8) in die Getriebeaufnahme (10) einsteckbar ist.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Treibstange (4) in einer Nut (3), insbesondere einer C-Nut, des Flügels oder festen Rahmens, insbesondere eines Flügelprofils (2) oder Rahmenprofils, verschieblich angeordnet ist und die Breite des Mitnehmers (11, 40) geringer oder gleich der Weite der Nutöffnung (37) ist.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (9) in einem Getriebegehäuse angeordnet ist, das Auflagelappen (26, 27) mit Befestigungsausnehmungen (28, 29) für Befestigungsmittel (13) aufweist, über die das Getriebegehäuse an dem Flügel oder an dem festen Rahmen befestigbar ist.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse und der Mitnehmer (11, 40) eine Baueinheit bilden.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse zwei miteinander verbindbare, insbesondere verschraubbare, Gehäusehälften (20, 21) umfasst und die Gehäusehälften (20, 21) eine Führung für den Mitnehmer (11, 40) ausbilden.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (11) beidseitig eine Nut (30) aufweist, in die jeweils mindestens ein Vorsprung (31) der Gehäusehälften (20, 21) eingreift.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse seitliche Öffnungen (17), insbesondere Bohrungen mit Innengewinde, zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben für die Rosette eines Handbetätigungsgriffs aufweist.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (11, 40) Aussparungen (12), insbesondere Durchgangslöcher, aufweist, die in einer Montagestellung des Mitnehmers (11, 40) die Befestigungsausnehmungen (28, 29) der Auflagelappen (26, 27) überdecken.
- Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Getriebegehäuse ein mit dem Mitnehmer (11, 40) zusammenwirkendes Koppelelement (24) drehbeweglich angeordnet ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag für ein Fenster, eine Tür oder dgl. nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Beschlagsmerkmale eines der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
