Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Bilden einer Faltschachtel (2') aus einem vorgerillten Kartonzuschnitt (2), mit den Schritten:Einlegen des Kartonzuschnitts (2) zwischen die Öffnung (6) einer Matritze (4) und einen Stempel (8), der zumindest abschnittsweise in die Öffnung (6) einführbar ist und dessen Abmessungen zumindest in einer Richtung verstellbar sind,erstes Einführen des Stempels (8) in die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) derart, dass der Kartonzuschnitt (2) zumindest abschnittsweise gefaltet wird,Zurückziehen des Stempels (8) und Verstellen der Abmessungen des Stempels (8) zumindest in einer Richtung, undzweites Einführen des Stempels (8) in die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) derart, dass der Kartonzuschnitt (2) zumindest abschnittsweise gefaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem zweiten Einführen des Stempels (8) dessen Abmessungen zumindest in einer Richtung verstellt, insbesondere vergrößert werden, insbesondere um hierdurch einen Faltvorgang zu bewirken.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Zurückziehen und vor dem zweiten Einführen des Stempels (8) Laschen des Kartonzuschnitts (2) derart gefaltet werden, dass sie zwischen der Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) und dem Stempel (8) zum liegen kommen.
- Faltvorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseiner Matritze (4), die eine Öffnung (6) definiert,einem Stempel (8), der zumindest abschnittsweise in die Öffnung (6) einführbar ist,
der Stempel (8) und bevorzugt auch die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) Abmessungen besitzen, die zumindest in einer Richtung verstellbar sind. - Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (8) mindestens zwei Druckelemente (10, 12) aufweist, deren Abstand verstellbar ist, insbesondere auch während der Stempel (8) zumindest abschnittsweise in die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) eingeführt ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Druckelemente (10, 12) in mindestens einer Richtung zueinander verfahrbar sind, insbesondere auch während der Stempel (8) zumindest abschnittsweise in die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) eingeführt ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matritze (4) durch mindestens zwei Rahmenelemente (14, 16, 18, 20) gebildet ist, die miteinander mittels Stellelementen (22), insbesondere Schiebestücken, derart verbunden sind, dass die Abmessungen der Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) verstellbar sind.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matritze (4) durch mindestens vier stabförmige Rahmenelemente (14, 16, 18, 20) gebildet ist, die die Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) definieren und miteinander mittels Stellelementen (22), insbesondere Schiebestücken, derart verbunden sind, dass die Abmessungen der Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) verstellbar sind.
- Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellelemente (22) gegenüber der Öffnung (6) der Matritze (4) in Richtung des Stempels (8) hervorstehen und bevorzugt einen keilförmigen Abschnitt (22') besitzen.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehendem Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorfalteinrichtung (24) aufweist, die linear verfahrbar ist und mittels der einzelne Laschen des Kartonzuschnitts (2) derart faltbar sind, dass sie zwischen dem Stempel (8) und dem restlichen Kartonzuschnitt zum Liegen kommen.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehendem Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Gegendruckeinrichtung (26) aufweist, die auf der dem Stempel (8) gegenüber liegenden Seite der Matritze (4) angeordnet ist.
