Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von mit einem Gut, insbesondere einem Lebensmittel, befüllten Schlauchverpackungen (16) mit den Schritten:Umwickeln eines mit dem Gut befüllten Schlauchs (14) in mindestens zwei Verdrängungsbereichen (22) mit einem Umschlingungsmittel (24) und einem Umschlingungswinkel von über 360° zur Ausbildung der Schlauchverpackung (16), wobei in dem jeweiligen Verdrängungsbereich (22) genau ein Wickelbereich (40) erzeugt wird, undFixieren des Umschlingungsmittels (24) im Verdrängungsbereich (22) zur Erzeugung von mindestens einem Fixierungsbereich (46), so dass die Schlauchverpackung (16) dicht verschlossen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem durch das Umwickeln ein Verdrängen des Gutes in dem Schlauch (10) erfolgt, so dass in dem Verdrängungsbereich (22) im Wesentlichen kein Gut verbleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem vor dem Umwickeln das Gut in dem Schlauch (10) verdrängt wird, so dass in dem Verdrängungsbereich (22) im Wesentlichen kein Gut verbleibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, bei welchem
vor dem Umwickeln die VerfahrensschritteBefüllen des Schlauchs (10) mit dem Gut und/ oderTransportieren des mit dem Gut befüllten Schlauchs (14) und/ oder
nach dem Fixieren der VerfahrensschrittTrennen des Schlauchs (10) im Verdrängungsbereich (22)
durchgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem im Verdrängungsbereich (22) zwei Fixierungsbereiche (46) erzeugt werden, zwischen denen getrennt wird.

- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mit einem Gut, insbesondere einem Lebensmittel, befüllten Schlauchverpackungen (16), miteiner Wickeleinrichtung (32) zum Umwickeln eines mit dem Gut befüllten Schlauchs (14) in mindestens zwei Verdrängungsbereichen (22) mit einem Umschlingungsmittel (24) und einem Umschlingungswinkel von über 360° undeiner Fixierungseinrichtung (42) zum Fixieren des Umschlingungsmittels (24) im Verdrängungsbereich (22) zur Erzeugung von mindestens einem Fixierungsbereich (46), so dass die Schlauchverpackung (16) dicht verschlossen ist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 - 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Trenneinrichtung zum Trennen des Schlauchs (10) im Verdrängungsbereich (22).
- Schlauchverpackung, miteinem Schlauch (10), der ein Gut, insbesondere ein Lebensmittel, umhüllt,einem ersten Ende des Schlauchs (18), das in einem ersten, mit einem Umschlingungsmittel (24) umwickelten Verdrängungsbereich (22) angeordnet ist undeinem zweiten Ende des Schlauchs (20), das in einem zweiten mit dem Umschlingungsmittel (24) umwickelten Verdrängungsbereich (22) angeordnet ist,wobei das erste Ende (18) und das zweite Ende (20) jeweils verjüngend im Verdrängungsbereich (22) abschließen.
- Schlauchverpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umschlingungsmittel (24) im Verdrängungsbereich (22) fixiert ist, so dass die Schlauchverpackung (16) dicht verschlossen ist.
- Schlauchverpackung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (18) und/ oder das zweite Ende (20) stoffschlüssig abschließen.
