Claims (17)
- Verdichtungswerkzeug, insbesondere Presskopf, welches zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Betonrohres (10) in einem Formmantel (14) oder dgl. wenigstens eine Verteiler- oder Pressrolle (5, 11) und/oder wenigstens einen Press- oder Glättkolben (13) aufweist, die bzw. der eine äußere Mantelfläche zur Formgebung einer Innenwand des Betonrohres (10) hat und um eine angetriebene Achse (2) rotiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Verteiler- oder Pressrolle (5, 11) und/oder der wenigstens eine Press- oder Glättkolben (13) über eine Verstelleinrichtung (3; 6; 7) derart mit der angetriebenen Achse verbunden sind, dass der Abstand der äußeren Mantelfläche zu der angetriebenen Achse (2) veränderbar ist.
- Verdichtungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung eine Kulissenführung (3), welche sich in einer gekrümmten oder geraden Bahn zwischen zwei Punkten mit verschiedenem Abstand von der angetriebenen Achse (2) erstreckt, und einen in der Kulissenführung (3) gleitenden Kulissenstein (4) aufweist.

- Verdichtungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Achse (2) durch wenigstens zwei koaxiale, ineinander liegende Hohlwellen gebildet ist und dass durch die innere Hohlwelle eine elektrische, hydraulische oder pneumatische Leitung zu der Verstelleinrichtung (3; 6; 7) führt.
- Verdichtungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Achse (2) durch zwei koaxiale, ineinander liegende Hohlwellen gebildet ist, wobei durch die innere Hohlwelle eine weitere Welle zum Antrieb der Verstelleinrichtung (3; 6; 7) geführt ist.

- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Beschickungsanlagen ein Betonsilo mit zugeordnetem Füllband aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Beschickanlagen eine Betonpumpe mit einem Pumpenschlauch aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen, insbesondere zweischichtigen, Betonrohres (10), mit folgenden Schritten:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Entformen des Betonrohres (10) mittels einer zweiten Beschickungsanlage eine zweite Betonmischung (10b) in den im Wesentlichen vertikal stehenden Formmantel (14) eingefüllt und der Durchmesser des Verdichtungswerkzeugs (5, 11, 13) zum Verteilen und Verdichten der zweiten Betonmischung (10b) reversibel verkleinert wird.Einschwenken eines im Wesentlichen vertikal stehenden Formmantels (14) in einen Ständer,Befüllen des Formmantels (14) mit einer ersten Betonmischung (10a) mittels einer ersten Beschickungsanlage,Verteilen und Verdichten der Betonmischung in dem Formmantel (14) durch ein rotierendes und vertikal verfahrbares Verdichtungswerkzeug (5, 11, 13),Herausschwenken des im Wesentlichen vertikal stehenden Formmantels (14) aus dem Ständer und Entformen des Betonrohres (10),
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Herausschwenken und Entformen des Betonrohres (10) der Durchmesser des Verdichtungswerkzeugs (5, 11, 13) zum Verteilen und Verdichten der ersten Betonmischung (10a) reversibel vergrößert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Verteilen und Verdichten der ersten Betonmischung (10a) die Rotationsrichtung des Verdichtungswerkzeuges (5, 11, 13) geändert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Verteilen und Verdichten der ersten Betonmischung (10a) die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Verdichtungswerkzeuges (5, 11, 13) geändert wird.
