Claims (9)
- Druckmaschine (1), insbesondere für den Tiefdruck, umfassend eine elektrostatische Hilfsvorrichtung (5), um auf eine Presseurwalze (4), die mit einer Druckwalze (3) zusammenwirkt, eine elektrische Ladung zu übertragen, wobei die Presseurwalze (4) aussen mit einem Überzug (9) aus halbleitendem Material umhüllt ist und an jedem ihrer Enden (13, 14) einen in Stützlagern (15, 16) befestigten Achsenteil (11, 12) umfasst, der zur Aufrechterhaltung ihrer Rotation beiträgt, wobei die Presseurwalze (4) ausserdem einen Mantel (7) aus isolierendem Material umfasst, über dem sich eine Hülle (8) aus elektrisch leitendem Material erstreckt, welche auf ihrer Aussenseite vom Überzug (9) aus halbleitendem Material umhüllt ist, wobei die elektrostatische Hilfsvorrichtung (5) mindestens aus einem Kontakt (17, 18) besteht, welcher ausgebildet ist, mit der leitenden Hülle (8) der Presseurwalze (4) an mindestens einem von deren Enden (13, 14) zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Isolationsorgan umfasst, welches zur Kanalisierung des elektrischen Stroms bestimmt ist, derart, dass es die Durchleitung nur zwischen dem Kontakt oder den Kontakten (17, 18) und der leitenden Hülle (8) zulässt, wobei das Isolationsorgan durch eine Scheibe (21) aus isolierendem Material gebildet ist, die an einem der Enden (13) der Presseurwalze (4) angebracht ist und gegenüber der leitenden Hülle (8) einen Ringspalt (22) oder mindestens eine Öffnung (23) aufweist, welche es erlauben, eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen der leitenden Hülle (8) und dem Kontakt oder den Kontakten (17, 18) herzustellen.
- Maschine (1) gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (21) einen Durchmesser hat, der im Wesentlichen gleich dem der Presseurwalze (4) ist.
- Maschine (1) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (21) durch einen Kragen (24) aus isolierendem Material verlängert ist, die sich mindestens in einem Abschnitt zwischen dem Ende (13) der Presseurwalze (4) und dem Stützlager (15) über ein Achsenteil (11) erstreckt.
- Maschine (1) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt oder die Kontakte (17, 18) mit einem leitenden Ansatzstück (25) verlängert sind, das derart in den Ringspalt (22) eingreifen kann, dass es mit der leitenden Hülle (8) in Kontakt kommt und den Fluss des elektrischen Stroms zwischen letzterer und den Kontakten (17, 18) sicherstellt.
- Maschine (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Ring (26) aus leitendem Material umfasst, der an der Scheibe (21) aus isolierendem Material anliegt und gemeinsam mit der Presseurwalze (4) rotiert, wobei der Ring (26) durch elektrischen Kontakt mitwirkt, den Stromfluss zwischen den Kontakten (17, 18) und der leitenden Hülle (8) zu ermöglichen.
- Maschine (1) gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (26) auf seiner gegen die isolierende Scheibe (21) platzierten Seite (28) ein oder mehrere ringförmig angeordnete Noppen (27) aufweist, die zur Kontaktierung der leitenden Hülle (8) in die eine oder mehreren Öffnungen (23) eingreifen können.
- Maschine (1) gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (26) auf seiner gegen die isolierende Scheibe (21) platzierten Seite (28) eine ringförmige Lasche umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, durch den Ringspalt (21) hindurch mit der leitenden Hülle (8) der Presseurwalze (4) zusammenzuwirken.
- Maschine (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (26) durch einen Kragen (29) verlängert ist, welcher am Kragen (24) aus isolierendem Material der Scheibe (21) ansetzt und sich über einen Achsenteil (11) erstreckt, wobei der Kontakt oder die Kontakte (17, 18) mittels Reibung gegen diesen Kragen (29) kontaktiert sind.
- Maschine (1) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontakte (17, 18) in einem Gehäuse (19) in Form einer Krone angeordnet sind, integriert in einem Abschnitt des Achsenteils (11), der sich zwischen einem Stützlager (15) und dem Ende (13) der Presseurwalze (4) erstreckt.
