Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schleifringelements mit Kontaktringen (1), welches folgende Schritte umfasst:
(S1) Bearbeiten und / oder Beschichten von Mantelseiten (A) der Kontaktringe (1),
(S3) Aneinanderreihen der einzelnen Kontaktringe (1), so dass diese sich stirnseitig berühren,
(S4) zumindest teilweises Ausfüllen des durch die aneinandergereihten Kontaktringe (1) gebildeten Innenraums mit einem Kleber (5), so dass die aneinandergereihten Kontaktringe (1) nach Aushärtung des Klebers (5) miteinander verkleben,
(S5) vollständiges Abtragen von Material der Kontaktringe (1) im Bereich ihrer stirnseitigen Berührung, so dass entlang einer Umfangslinie eine umlaufende, elektrisch isolierende Ausnehmung (6) hergestellt wird.
Darüber hinaus umfasst die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Schleifringelement selbst (Figur 4).
