Claims (14)

  1. Tragendes Teil (1), das einen Kindersitz bildet und einen eine Rückenlehne (13) bildenden Teil aufweist, wobei dieser eine Rückenlehne (13) bildender Teil mindestens zwei Unterteile (12) aufweist, die auseinander oder aufeinander geschoben werden können, um die Größe der besagten Rückenlehne (13) einstellen zu können und wobei die Teile (12) durch einen sich über mindestens einen großen Teil der Länge dieses eine Rücklehne (13) bildenden Teils, entlang seiner Längsachse verlaufenden Ausschnitts (14) getrennt sind, wobei mindestens ein Stoffband (15), weiches aus einem anderen Material als die Rückenlehne gefertigt ist und die Luftzirkulation ermöglicht, die besagten Unterteile (12) so miteinander verbindet, dass die Belüftung ermöglicht und ein Auseinanderklaffen des besagten Ausschnitts (14) über das Höchstmaß hinaus verhindert wird.
  2. Tragendes Teil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel zum Einstellen der Öffnung des Ausschnittes (14) aufweist.
  3. Tragendes Teil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel zum Einstellen mindestens eine Kordel (2) aufweisen, die sich zwischen den Rändern des Ausschnittes (14) erstreckt.
  4. Tragendes Teil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kordel (2) bzw. die Kordeln (2) durch eine Vielzahl von Führungselementen (21) laufen, die zu diesem Zweck an den Rändern des Ausschnittes (14) oder in der Nähe dieses Ausschnittes vorgesehen sind und somit eine Verschnürung bilden.
  5. Tragendes Teil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Einstellen ein Befestigungsmittel aus der folgenden Gruppe aufweisen:
    - Klettverschlussbänder,
    - Druckbefestigungsmittel,
    - gleitende Verschlüsse,
    - Knopflöcher.
  6. Tragendes Teil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es über zusätzliche Begrenzungsmittel verfügt, die ein Auseinanderklaffen der Teile (12) über einen maximal gegebenen Schwellenwert hinaus verhindern sollen.
  7. Tragendes Teil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Begrenzungsmittel mindestens eine Kordel (2) umfassen, die sich zwischen den Rändern des Ausschnittes (14) erstreckt, wobei sich die Enden dieser Kordel feststellen lassen.
  8. Tragendes Teil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoffband (15) bzw. die Stoffbänder (15) eine 3D-Masche aufweisen.
  9. Tragendes Teil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens zwei sich seitlich erstreckende Stoffbänder aufweist.
  10. Tragendes Teil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoffband bzw. die Stoffbänder aus elastischem Material gefertigt sind.
  11. Babytragevorrichtung, die das Tragen eines Kindes an einer erwachsenen Person ermöglicht, wobei diese Vorrichtung ein Geschirr (3) und ein tragender Teil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist.
  12. Babytragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Geschirr (3) und der tragender Teil (1) voneinander trennen lassen.
  13. Babytragevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Geschirr (3) zwei Tragriemen (30) aufweist, deren vordere Teile, gegen die sich der Sitz (1) abstützt, jeweils eine Verstärkung (31) mit Befestigungsmitteln (311, 312) aufweisen, die das Befestigen der Tragriemen miteinander ermöglichen.
  14. Babytragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (31) Befestigungsmittel (313, 314) des tragenden Teils (1) aufweisen.
