Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un fer à boucler chauffant comprenant une poignée (2) avec au moins une glissière (5) et au moins un bouton poussoir (6) et un corps chauffant pour la mise en plis des mèches de cheveux, dans lequel ledit corps chauffant comprend un relief en forme de vis sans fin, dit profil en spirale fixe (1), solidaire dudit corps chauffant et en ce que ledit fer à boucler comprend en outre un profil en spirale mobile (4) déplaçable selon l'axe longitudinal dudit corps chauffant à l'aide dudit bouton poussoir (6) permettant de comprimer la mèche de cheveux enroulée en spirale autour dudit fer à boucler entre ladite spirale fixe (1) et ladite spirale mobile (4) et ainsi de chauffer ladite mèche par au moins deux côtés à la fois.

Description

    Objet de l'invention
  • La présente invention est relative au domaine de la mise en forme des cheveux et concerne plus particulièrement un nouveau fer à boucler chauffant avec un profil d'enroulement particulier permettant d'obtenir des mèches de cheveux en forme de spirale.
    • Etat de la technique
  • Il existe de très nombreux fers à boucler chauffants et portables sur le marché qui, sous une forme ou une autre, sont tous basés sur le principe de l'enroulement du cheveu autour d'un corps chauffant. Ce type de dispositif est parfois équipé d'un levier venant appuyer les cheveux contre celui-ci et permet de maintenir la mèche de cheveu en place avant et/ou pendant l'enroulement.
  • Certains modèles sont également équipés de dents ou de peignes permettant d'aligner les cheveux autour d'un corps chauffant et de peigner la mèche en même temps. Indépendamment de la présence d'un levier de pression, les cheveux sont généralement chauffés d'un seul côté à la fois. De manière générale lorsque l'on chauffe la mèche de cheveux que d'un seul côté à la fois, la chaleur n'est pas transmise de façon homogène dans toute la masse de la mèche de cheveux. Ceci ne permet alors pas d'obtenir un résultat rapide avec une mèche tenace en forme de spirale.
    • Buts de l'invention
  • La présente invention vise à divulguer un fer à boucler chauffant n'ayant pas les inconvénients de l'état de la technique, capable de chauffer la mèche de cheveux de plusieurs côtés à la fois pendant la phase de compression de ladite mèche afin de rendre l'opération plus rapide et de donner une mise en forme en spirale plus tenace.
    • Résumé de l'invention
  • La présente invention divulgue un fer à boucler chauffant comprenant une poignée avec au moins une glissière et au moins un bouton poussoir et un corps chauffant pour la mise en plis des mèches de cheveux, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps chauffant comprend un relief en forme de vis sans fin, dit profil en spirale fixe, solidaire dudit corps chauffant et en ce que ledit fer à boucler comprend en outre un profil en spirale mobile déplaçable selon l'axe longitudinal dudit corps chauffant à l'aide dudit bouton poussoir permettant de comprimer la mèche de cheveux enroulée en spirale autour dudit fer à boucler entre ladite spirale fixe et ladite spirale mobile et ainsi de chauffer ladite mèche par au moins deux côtés à la fois.
  • Un aspect particulier de l'invention montre que le bouton poussoir permet de comprimer la mèche de cheveux enroulée en spirale autour dudit fer à boucler entre ladite spirale fixe et ladite spirale mobile et ainsi de chauffer ladite mèche par trois côtés à la fois.
  • Un aspect supplémentaire de la présente invention montre que le profil en spirale mobile possède une forme et une section qui s'adaptent parfaitement à la section du profil en spirale fixe pour être capable de comprimer la mèche uniformément entre lesdits profils en spirale fixes et mobiles.
  • Un aspect supplémentaire de la présente invention montre que le profil en spirale mobile possède exactement le même pas de vis que ledit profil en spirale fixe et en ce que, en position fermée, lesdites spirales sont parfaitement accolées l'une à l'autre.
  • Selon un mode d'exécution préféré de l'invention, le profil en spirale mobile possède une section essentiellement rectangulaire ou carrée.
  • Selon une réalisation particulière du dispositif de l'invention, la glissière mobile permet de maintenir le bout de la mèche pour permettre l'enroulement de celle-ci en spirale autour du corps chauffant.
  • Toujours selon l'invention, le bouton poussoir est capable de pousser ledit profil en spirale mobile contre ledit profil en spirale fixe afin d'enserrer la mèche de cheveux entre lesdits profil en spirale mobile et profil en spirale fixe.
  • Enfin, la présente invention divulgue un profil en spirale mobile réalisée de préférence dans un matériau bon conducteur de chaleur.
    • Brève description des figures
  • La figure 1 représente une vue de face et une vue en coupe longitudinale du fer à boucler chauffant selon l'invention avec son profil en spirale fixe 1 et son profil en spirale mobile 4.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue en perspective du fer à boucler chauffant selon l'invention avec le profil en spirale mobile 4 (gris) accolé au profil en spirale fixe 1 (blanc), c'est à dire en position complètement fermée.
  • La figure 3 représente le point de départ de l'enroulement des cheveux en spirale autour du fer chauffant selon l'invention où l'on commence par pincer la mèche de cheveux à l'aide de la glissière 5 en la tirant en arrière.
  • La figure 4 représente la mèche de cheveux complètement enroulée en spirale autour du fer à boucler chauffant selon l'invention avant la compression entre le profil en spirale mobile 4 et le profil en spirale fixe 1.
  • La figure 5 représente le cheveu complètement enroulé en spirale autour du fer à boucler chauffant selon l'invention en position de compression de la mèche 7 à l'aide du bouton poussoir 9 qui est enfoncé par le pousse.
  • La figure 6 montre la forme d'une mèche de cheveux 7 mise en forme par le fer à boucler selon l'invention.
    • Description détaillée de l'invention
  • Le fer à boucler chauffant de la présente invention comprend un corps chauffant de forme essentiellement cylindrique avec une résistance chauffante à l'intérieur et avec un relief en forme de vis sans fin solidaire dudit corps chauffant que nous appellerons le profil en spirale fixe ou spirale fixe 1.
  • Ledit fer à boucler chauffant comprend en outre un profil en spirale mobile 4 à section carrée ou rectangulaire en forme de vis sans fin de même pas et de même hauteur que le relief de vis sans fin solidaire du corps chauffant, c'est à dire du profil en spirale fixe 1.
  • Sur le plan terminologique nous parlerons indifféremment de spirale fixe ou de profil en spirale fixe ainsi que de spirale mobile ou de profil en spirale mobile.
  • Il est très important-que le pas ainsi que la section des profils en spirale fixe et mobile soient substantiellement identiques pour permettre une pression parfaite sur la mèche de cheveux et un contact intime entre la partie mobile et la partie fixe, notamment pour assurer un chauffage efficace de la partie mobile par la partie fixe. La spirale mobile s'accole donc de manière parfaite a la spirale fixe solidaire du corps chauffant.
  • Le profil en spirale mobile 4 est capable de glisser d'avant en arrière sur le corps chauffant selon l'axe de celui-ci pour permettre d'enserrer la mèche de cheveux entre la spirale mobile et la spirale fixe.
  • Une glissière 5, se situant sur la poignée 2 du fer à boucler permet de pincer le bout de la mèche 7 avant de l'enrouler autour du fer à boucler selon l'invention (voir Fig.1 et 3). Un poussoir 6 permet ensuite de compresser la mèche entre le profil en spirale mobile 4 et le profil en spirale fixe 1 (voir Fig. 5). La glissière 5 et le bouton poussoir 6 sont respectivement munis des ressorts de rappel 11 et 10 permettant aux différents éléments mobiles de retrouver leur position de départ.
  • Dans la mesure où les cheveux sont enroulés autour du tube chauffant dans le creux du pas formé par les profils en spirale mobile et fixe, ceux-ci sont chauffés par trois côtés à la fois lorsqu'ils sont enserrés entre le profil en spirale mobile 4 et le profil en spirale fixe 1. Cette caractéristique distingue très nettement le fer à boucler chauffant de la présente invention des fers à boucler de l'état de la technique qui ne permettent généralement de chauffer les cheveux que d'un côté à la fois.

Claims (8)

  1. Fer à boucler chauffant comprenant une poignée (2) avec au moins une glissière (5) et au moins un bouton poussoir (9) et un corps chauffant pour la mise en plis des mèches de cheveux, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps chauffant comprend un relief en forme de vis sans fin, dit profil en spirale fixe (1), solidaire dudit corps chauffant et en ce que ledit fer à boucler comprend en outre un profil en spirale mobile (4) déplaçable selon l'axe longitudinal dudit corps chauffant à l'aide dudit bouton poussoir (9) permettant de comprimer la mèche de cheveux (7) enroulée en spirale autour dudit fer à boucler entre ladite spirale fixe (1) et ladite spirale mobile (4) et ainsi de chauffer ladite mèche (7) par au moins deux côtés à la fois.
  2. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bouton poussoir (9) permet de comprimer la mèche de cheveux (7) enroulée en spirale autour dudit fer à boucler entre ladite spirale fixe (1) et ladite spirale mobile (4) et ainsi de chauffer ladite mèche (7) par trois côtés à la fois.
  3. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil en spirale mobile (4) possède une forme et une section qui s'adaptent parfaitement à la section du profil en spirale fixe (1) pour être capable de comprimer la mèche uniformément entre lesdits profils en spirale fixes (1) et mobiles (4).
  4. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil en spirale mobile (4) possède exactement le même pas de vis que ledit profil en spirale fixe (1) et en ce que, en position fermée, lesdites spirales sont parfaitement accolées l'une à l'autre.
  5. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil en spirale mobile (4) possède une section essentiellement rectangulaire ou carrée.
  6. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la glissière mobile (5) permet de maintenir le bout de la mèche (7) pour permettre l'enroulement de celle-ci en spirale autour du corps chauffant.
  7. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bouton poussoir (9) est capable de pousser ledit profil en spirale mobile (4) contre ledit profil en spirale fixe (1) afin d'enserrer la mèche de cheveux (7) entre lesdits profil en spirale mobile (4) et profil en spirale fixe (1).
  8. Fer à boucler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profil en spirale mobile (4) est réalisée de préférence dans un matériau bon conducteur de chaleur.
