Abstract

Es wird ein Handschuh (1, 10), insbesondere ein Rad-Handschuh, mit einem Daumen (5) und einem Zeigefinger (6) beschrieben. Um einen derartigen Handschuh so zu verbessern, dass Druckstellen im Gebrauch vermieden werden, wird vorgeschlagen, im Greifbelastungsbereich der Daumenbeuge (B) zwischen dem Daumen (5) und dem Finger (6) eine Polsterung (7a, 17a) zu befestigen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Handschuh, insbesondere auf einen Radhandschuh, der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 erläuterten Art.
Handschuhe dieser Art sind in großer Zahl auf dem Markt. Derartige Handschuhe werden im Bereich der Daumenbeuge gewöhnlich nach zwei grundlegenden Schnitten hergestellt; zum einen den einfachen, zweidimensionalen Schnitt und zum anderen den dreidimensionalen Schnitt. Beim zweidimensionalen Schnitt werden die Innen- und Außenteile des Handschuhs jeweils in der gewünschten Größe zugeschnitten, zusammengelegt und im Bereich der Daumenbeuge entlang der Schnittkanten miteinander vernäht. Dabei entstehen zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger hochstehende Mehrfachlagen des Handschuhmaterials, die insbesondere bei engen Handschuhen oder bei Handschuhen, mit denen fest zugegriffen werden muss, wie dies beispielsweise bei Radhandschuhen der Fall ist, Druckstellen bilden können. Man hat deshalb bereits durch den dreidimensionalen Schnitt versucht, die Nähte aus diesen sensiblen Bereichen heraus zu verlagern. Beim dreidimensionalen Schnitt werden Vorder- und Rückseite des Handschuhs kleiner als erforderlich zugeschnitten und in den Bereich zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger streifenförmige Einsätze, die sogenannten Schichteln, eingesetzt. Diese Einsätze werden zwischen den Fingern gewöhnlich ebenfalls mit einer Innennaht befestigt. Zwischen dem Daumen und dem Zeigefinger wird der Einsatz, zumindest an der Handinnenseite, durch eine überlappende Naht befestigt, d.h. eine Naht, bei der das Material rechts auf links gelegt und flächenartig aufeinandergesteppt wird, so dass im Bereich dieser Naht nur eine doppelte Materiallage vorliegt. Trotzdem kann diese Naht noch stören bzw. zu Druckstellen führen.
Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Handschuh mit einem verbesserten Druckstellenschutz zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger zu schaffen.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung schafft auf überraschend einfache Weise einen qualitativ stark verbesserten Schutz gegen Druckstellen in dem beim Umgreifen eines Gegenstandes besonders belasteten Bereich der Daumenbeuge und eine merkliche Erhöhung des Komforts.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So ist es besonders zweckmäßig, die Daumennaht durch eine bis über den Bereich der Daumennaht hochgezogene Polsterung des Daumenballens zu überdecken, da dadurch eine durchgehende Polsterung an den besonders bei Radhandschuhen stark belasteten Bereichen der Hand erzielt wird. Damit kann die Griffposition der Hand am Lenker des Rades je nach Steigung des Weges oder je nach der vom Fahrer gewählten Sitz- oder Standposition in den Pedalen geändert werden, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass der in der Regel harte Lenker unangenehm in den sensiblen Bereich der Daumenbeuge drückt und sich diese punktuelle Druckbelastung durch die Handschuhnähte in diesem Bereich gegebenenfalls noch erhöht.
Die Erfindung kann auf jeden Handschuhschnitt angewandt werden, wobei jedoch der in Anspruch 10 beschriebene Handschuhschnitt bevorzugt ist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs 1, der nach innen gestülpt dargestellt ist. Der Handschuh 1 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Halbfinger-Radhandschuh ausgebildet. Der Handschuh 1 ist im Bereich der Daumenbeuge nach einem zweidimensionalen Schnitt hergestellt, d.h. der Handschuh 1 enthält einen Zuschnitt für die Handinnenseite 2 und einen Zuschnitt für die Handrückenseite 3 und weitere Zuschnitte, wie z.B. sogenannte Schichteln 20, d.h. Fingerzwischenstücke, die aus den üblichen Handschuhmaterialien zugeschnitten, gewöhnlich rechts auf rechts (d.h. mit ihren späteren Sichtseiten) aufeinandergelegt und im Sicherheitsabstand zu den Schnittkanten über Innennähte 4 miteinander verbunden werden, so dass sich ein Daumen 5 und Finger 6 ausbilden. Dabei ist bei einem zweidimensionalen Schnitt die Innennaht 4 in Form einer einzigen Daumennaht 4a in der Daumenbeuge B und zwischen dem Daumen 5 und dem anliegenden Zeigefingern 6 vorgesehen.
Auf der Handinnenseite 2 ist die übliche Polsterung 7 aus herkömmlichen Polstermaterialien wie Schaumstoff, Gel, Latex, Gummi oder Mischungen oder Kombinationen daraus angeordnet, wobei der Teil der Polsterung 7, der den Daumenballen abpolstert, in einem Bereich 7a nahtlos nach oben in die Daumenbeuge B verlängert und über die Daumennaht 4a bis auf die Handrückenseite 3 gelegt wird, wie dies besonders in Fig. 2 zu sehen ist. Die Polsterung 7 mit dem Bereich 7a kann an der Innenseite des Handschuhs 1 angeordnet und gegebenenfalls durch ein Futter in der Größe des Polstermaterials oder durch ein vollständiges Handschuhfutter abgedeckt sein.
Die Größe des Bereichs 7a der Polsterung, die über die Daumennaht 4a bis auf die Handrückenseite 3 reicht, sollte ausreichend groß gewählt werden, damit sich die Polsterung 7a in jeder Griffposition zwischen der Hand des Trägers und dem Griff befindet. Die Polsterung 7a sollte im Bereich der Daumenbeuge B eine solche Breite b aufweisen und so angeordnet sein, dass der Greifbelastungsbereich, d.h. derjenige Bereich der Daumenbeuge B, der beim Greifen am Gegenstand anliegt, überdeckt ist, die Beweglichkeit des Daumens jedoch nicht eingeschränkt ist und keine zusätzliche Faltenbildung auftritt. Bevorzugt überdeckt die Polsterung 7a in Breitenrichtung b die Krümmung der Daumenbeuge B von einer Stelle an oder unterhalb des Zeigefingeransatzes bis zum Daumenansatz.
Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs 10, der in den Fig. wiederum nach innen gestülpt dargestellt und als Halbfinger-Radhandschuh ausgebildet ist. Der Handschuh 10 ist auch zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger nach einem dreidimensionalen Schnitt hergestellt und enthält einen Zuschnitt für eine Handinnenseite 12 und einen Zuschnitt für einen Handrücken 13, wobei ein eingenähter Einsatz 18 für die restliche Weite sorgt. Der Einsatz 18 ist im gesamten Daumen 5 vorgesehen, erstreckt sich jedoch im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel im Wesentlichen nur bis in den Bereich unterhalb der Fingerknöchel des Zeigefingers.
Der Einsatz 18 ist mit der Handinnenseite 12 durch eine Daumennaht 19 verbunden, die hier als Überlappungsnaht ausgebildet ist. In dieser Überlappungsnaht werden die Materialien des Einsatzes 18 und der Handinnenseite 12 rechts auf links übereinandergesteppt, so dass sich im Bereich der Überlappungsnaht 19 nur zwei Materiallagen befinden.
Mit der Handrückenseite 13 kann der Einsatz 18 durch eine übliche Innennaht 14, d.h. eine Naht, bei der die Materialien rechts auf rechts zusammengelegt und im Abstand zur Schnittkante genäht werden, verbunden sein. Wenn der Einsatz 18, wie dargestellt, nicht bis in den Zeigefinger 6 hochgezogen ist, wird die Handinnenseite 12 im Bereich des Zeigefingers 6 breiter geschnitten als die Handrückenseite 13, so dass die Handinnenseite 12 einen größeren Bereich des Umfangs des Fingers 6 bildet als die Handrückenseite 13. In gleicher Weise kann die Handrückenseite 13 im Bereich des Daumens 5 schmaler geschnitten als die Handinnenseite 2, so dass sich die Naht 14 zwischen dem Daumen 5 und dem anliegenden Finger 6 in Richtung auf die Handrückenseite 13 verlagert.
Eine Polsterung 17 zum Abpolstern des Daumenballens ist mit einem Bereich 17a bis zu dieser Befestigungsnaht 14 verlängert, so dass mindestens die der Handinnenseite 12 anliegende Daumennaht 19 abgedeckt wird. Die Polsterung 17a bedeckt in gleicher Weise wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel mit einer Breite b den Greifbelastungsbereich in der Daumenbeuge B. Weiterhin kann die Polsterung 17b so weit auf die Handrückenseite reichen, dass auch die Naht 14 abgedeckt wird.
Die Polsterung 17 besteht auch in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus den Polstermaterialien, die bereits im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel erwähnt wurden und, wie auch dort der Fall, bevorzugt aus einem Schaumstoffmaterial oder einem Gelmaterial, ist auf der der Hand zugewandten Unterhandseite des Handschuhs, gegebenenfalls durch ein gesondertes Futterstück oder durch ein vollständiges Handschuh-Innenfutter überdeckt, angeordnet.
Zwischen den einzelnen Fingern sind Einsätze 20 bzw. Schichteln vorgesehen und mit jeweils der Handinnenseite 12 bzw. der Handrückenseite 13 vernäht.
In Abwandlung der beschriebenen und gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiele können die Polsterungen wesentlich weiter auf die Handrückenseite gezogen werden, als dies in den Zeichnungen dargestellt ist, falls dies vorteilhaft sein sollte. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Abpolsterung kann der Einsatz zwischen Daumen und Fingern rundum durch Innennähte befestigt werden, wobei die Polsterung dafür sorgt, dass trotz dieser relativ voluminösen Nähte keine Druckstellen auftreten können. Es ist weiterhin möglich, die Daumennaht bzw. die Daumennähte durch ein von der üblichen Polsterung getrenntes Polster abzudecken bzw. nur im Bereich der Daumennaht eine solche Polsterung vorzusehen. Schließlich kann die erfindungsgemäße Polsterung auch für andere Handschuhschnitte, wie z.B. Handschuhe mit Außennähten oder nahtlose Handschuhe, oder für an andere Einsatzzwecke angepasste Handschuhe, wie z.B. Arbeitshandschuhe, Gewichtheberhandschuhe, Skihandschuhe oder dgl., eingesetzt werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Handschuh (1, 10), insbesondere Rad-Handschuh, mit einem Daumen (5) und einem Zeigefinger (6), gekennzeichnet durch eine Polsterung (7a, 17a), die im Greifbelastungsbereich der Daumenbeuge (B) zwischen dem Daumen (5) und dem Zeigefinger (6) befestigt ist.
  2. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) wenigstens eine Naht (4a, 19, 14) überdeckt.
  3. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) nur partiell vorgesehen ist.
  4. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) ein hochgezogener Bereich einer Daumenballenpolsterung (7, 17) ist.
  5. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) ein Schaumstoff- oder Gel- oder Latex- oder Gummimaterial oder eine Mischung oder Kombination daraus umfasst.
  6. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) im Inneren des Handschuhs (1, 10) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) mit einem Futtermaterial überdeckt ist.
  8. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naht (19) als überlappende Naht ausgebildet ist.
  9. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naht (4a) eine Innennaht ist.
  10. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7a, 17a) eine der Handinnenseite (12) zugewandte Naht (19) eines Einsatzes (18) überdeckt, wobei der Einsatz (18) an der dem anliegenden Finger (6) zugewandten Seite des Daumens (5) vorgesehen und mit der Handinnenseite (12) durch die Naht (19) verbunden ist, und der anliegende Finger (6) auf der dem Daumen (5) zugewandten Seite durch eine in Richtung der Handrückenseite (13) verlagerte Naht geschlossen ist, die als Befestigungsnaht (14) für den Einsatz (18) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Polsterung (17a) bis zur Befestigungsnaht (14) reicht.
