Claims (10)
- Biegewerkzeug zum Biegen von Werkstücken (4, 25), insbesondere von Blechen, mit wenigstens einem Biegewerkzeugteil, mittels dessen an dem Werkstück (4, 25) unter dessen Beaufschlagung durch ein Werkstückwiderlager des Biegewerkzeugteils entlang einer werkzeugseitigen Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) eine Werkstückbiegung erstellbar ist, wobei wenigstens ein Biegewerkzeugteil Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) aufweist, die in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) relativ zueinander in unterschiedliche Funktionsstellungen einstellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) relativ zueinander in unterschiedliche Funktionsstellungen einstellbare Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) mit gegenseitiger Trennung entlang der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) miteinander überlappen.
- Biegewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die betreffenden Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) stufenlos relativ zueinander einstellbar sind.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) mittels einer Stellvorrichtung (9) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) relativ zueinander einstellbar sind.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellvorrichtung zur gegenseitigen Einstellung von Werkstückwiderlagersegmenten (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) numerisch gesteuert ist.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die numerische Steuerung der Stellvorrichtung zur gegenseitigen Einstellung von Werkstückwiderlagersegmenten (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) in eine numerische Steuerung einer Biegemaschine integrierbar ist.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) relativ zueinander einstellbare Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) in Richtung der Einstellbewegung relativ zueinander bewegbar geführt sind.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (14, 15, 16, 28) relativ zueinander einstellbare Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (6, 7; 8; 8a; 22, 23) in Richtung der Einstellbewegung relativ zueinander bewegbar aneinander geführt sind.
- Biegewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Biegewerkzeugteil in Form eines Niederhalters (21) und/oder mit einem Biegewerkzeugteil in Form einer Biegewange, wobei das Werkstück (25) mittels des Niederhalters (21) und/oder mittels der Biegewange entlang einer Beaufschlagungslinie (28) beaufschlagbar ist und wobei der Niederhalter (21) und/oder die Biegewange ein Werkstückwiderlager aufweist mit in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) relativ zueinander in unterschiedliche Funktionsstellungen einstellbaren Werkstückwiderlagersegmenten (22, 23), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (22, 23) des Niederhalters (21) und/oder der Biegewange mit gegenseitiger Trennung entlang der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) miteinander überlappen.
- Biegewerkzeug nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Niederhalter (21) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) relativ zueinander in unterschiedliche Funktionsstellungen einstellbare und mit gegenseitiger Trennung entlang der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) miteinander überlappende Werkstückwiderlagersegmente (22, 23) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) außenliegendes Werkstückwiderlagersegment (22) als Ecksegment mit einem in Richtung der Beaufschlagungslinie (28) vorstehenden seitlichen Überstand (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Biegemaschine zum Biegen von Werkstücken (4, 25), insbesondere zum Biegen von Blechen, gekennzeichnet durch ein Biegewerkzeug (3, 20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
