Claims (10)

  1. Changeur de bobines automatique pour un bobinoir automatique en parallèle, comportant un poste de bobinage équipé d'une unité pose-fils (5) pour bobiner des bobines à bords en disque (S) et comportant un magasin pour recevoir les bobines (S), caractérisé en ce que le magasin est formé par un plateau tournant (9) pour transporter pas à pas des bobines (S) vides jusqu'au poste de bobinage et des bobines (S) pleines depuis le poste de bobinage, les bobines (S) vides étant munies d'un reste de fil, et que dans la zone du poste de bobinage un noueur (K) est prévu pour relier au fil de bobine fourni par l'unité pose-fils (5) le reste de fil sur la bobine (S2) vide suivante à bobiner.
  2. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit reste de fil et le fil de bobine sont reliés en nouant le reste de fil au tronçon de fil qui s'étend depuis la bobine (S1) chargée à l'instant jusqu'au guide-fil (F) du pose-fil (5) et qui est sectionné entre le noeud et la bobine (S1) pleine après que le noeud a été fait.
  3. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le plateau tournant (9) comporte des endroits de réception (15) pour les bobines (S) et, à chaque endroit de réception (15), des moyens de maintien d'une extrémité du reste de fil sur la bobine (S) qui se trouve sur l'endroit de réception (15) prévus pour présenter ladite extrémité du reste de fil au noueur (K).
  4. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien sont formés par des broches serre-fils (33) qui dépassent du plateau tournant (9) vers le haut et contre lesquelles peut être appliquée l'extrémité de chaque reste de fil.
  5. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que deux broches serre-fils (33) placées de chaque côté de l'endroit de réception (15) et donc de la bobine (S) qui s'y trouve sont associées à chaque endroit de réception (15), l'extrémité libre du reste de fil étant guidée depuis la bobine (S) jusqu'à une broche serre-fils (33) et de celle-ci à l'autre et étant fixée à cette dernière.
  6. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre du reste de fil s'étend entre les deux broches serre-fils (33) dans une position tangentielle par rapport au plateau tournant (9).
  7. Changeur de bobines selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le noueur (K) est placé dans le sens de rotation (R) du plateau tournant (9) immédiatement après le poste de bobinage et que, après que l'opération de bobinage est terminée, la bobine (S1) pleine concernée est transportée de la position de bobinage (A) à la position de rotation - du plateau tournant (9) - qui correspond à l'endroit de réception suivant et est présentée au noueur (K), l'extrémité du fil embobiné s'étend alors depuis la bobine (S1) pleine jusqu'au guide-fil (F) du pose-fil (5) en passant par les broches serre-fils (33) associées à la bobine (S2) qui se trouve dans le poste de bobinage.
