Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour l'application directe ou indirecte des suspensions liquides ou pâteuses sur une bande courante de papier ou carton contenant:
    - un cylindre de guidage de la bande arrangé de travers à la direction de la bande de papier ou carton ou un cylindre de transmission (9) étant en interaction avec un cylindre de presse,
    - un tuyau d'approvisionnement (2) de la suspension à appliquer qui s'étend sur tout le long de la bande de papier ou carton et qui comporte une multitude de sorties (3) juxtaposées, élargies en forme de diffuseur et dirigées au cylindre de guidage de la bande ou au cylindre de transmission (9),
    - une fente déversoir (8) formée près de la sortie du bloc diffuseur (6), entre celle-ci et le cylindre de guidage de la bande ou le cylindre de transmission (9), du côté de l'entrée par rapport à la direction de rotation du même cylindre,
    - une racle destinée à être pressée au cylindre de guidage de la bande ou au cylindre de transmission (9), arrangée prés de la sortie du bloc diffuseur (6) du côté du départ par rapport à la direction de rotation du même cylindre,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - en supplément aux sorties (3) élargies en forme de diffuseur du tuyau d'approvisionnement (2), un bloc diffuseur (6) qui s'étend sur tout le long de la bande en papier ou carton est prévu qui contient une multitude de diffuseurs individuels ayant une coupe transversale rectangulaire au niveau de la sortie et étant séparés de la sortie (3) voisine par des traverses (4) rétrécies qui ne s'étendent pas jusqu'au cylindre de guidage de la bande ou cylindre de transmission (9).
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sorties (3) élargies en forme de diffuseur sont dirigées au cylindre de guidage de la bande ou au cylindre de transmission (9) de la sorte que leurs axes prolongés entrent en intersection avec la circonférence du cylindre de guidage de la bande ou du cylindre de transmission directement devant le point de connotation de la racle avec le cylindre de guidage de la bande ou le cylindre de transmission (9).
  3. Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la racle est une racle roulante (11).
  4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la racle roulante (11) comporte des striations orientées en direction de son axe sur l'ensemble de sa surface cylindrique.
  5. Dispositif suivant les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la pression d'application de la racle roulante (11) est gouvernable par un tuyau de pression (12) qui se trouve entre l'encadrement de la racle (10) et le porteur du tuyau (13).
