Description

Spitzer, insbesondere für kosmetische Weichminenstifte
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spitzer, insbesondere für kosmetische Weichminenstifte, mit einem konischen Spitzerkanal und einem zum Spitzerkanal annähernd tangential angestellten Spitzermesser, das mit dem Spitzerkanal einen Freiwinkel einschließt.
Aus der DE 91 04 844 Ul ist ein Bleistiftspitzer bekannt, wobei die Schneide des Spitzermessers nach einer Parabel ausgebildet ist, die in einer Ebene parallel zur Tangentialebene einer Mantellinie des konischen Spitzerkanales für den zu spitzenden Bleistift liegt. Die Herstellung eines derartigen Spitzermessers mit parabelförmiger Schneide ist kompliziert, weshalb sich ein solcher Bleistiftspitzer auf dem Markt nicht durchsetzen konnte.
Die DE 1 511 454 A beschreibt einen Minenspitzer mit zwei in gleicher Entfernung und Höhe von einem Minenführungsrohr frei drehbar gelagerten, einander scherenartig kreuzenden Platten, von welchen mindestens eine Platte eine schneidende Kante aufweist. Bei diesem Minenspitzer handelt es sich um einen Spitzer zum Spitzen der Mine beispielsweise eines Druckbleistiftes und nicht um einen Spitzer zum Spitzen eines Bleistiftes mit einer Mine, die in einer Ummantelung fixiert ist.
Kosmetische Weichminenstifte weisen üblicherweise eine pastöse Mine relativ großen Durchmessers sowie eine die Mine schützende Ummantelung auf. Die Ummantelung kann aus Holz bestehen, in neuerer Zeit wird die Ummantelung jedoch üblicherweise aus einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt.
Bei bekannten Spitzern der eingangs genannten Art für kosmetische Weichminenstifte ist das Spitzermesser derartig angeordnet, daß es mit dem Spitzerkanal entlang des Spitzerkanales einen konstanten Freiwinkel einschließt. Bei den Freiwinkel handelt es sich - entsprechend der Terminologie bei Drehstählen - um den Winkel zwischen der durch die Messerschneide bstimmten Tangentialebene des konischen Spitzerkanals und der Rückenfläche des Spitzermessers. Insbesondere bei Weichminenstiften mit einer Ummantelung aus einem Kunststoffmaterial ergibt sich hierbei während des Spitz-Norgangs ein ratterndes Schneidverhalten. Dieses ratternde Schneidverhalten wird als störend empfunden.
Ein Spitzer für ummantelte Stifte mit weicher Mine, d.h. ein Spitzer der eingangs genannten Art für kosmetische Weichminenstifte ist beispielsweise aus der DE 1 236 374 B bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Spitzer ist das Spitzermesser derartig angeordnet, daß seine Messerschneide mit der Längsmittelachse des konischen Spitzerkanals - in Projektion gesehen - deckungsgleich vorgesehen ist, so daß der Freiwinkel zwischen dem Schneidmesser und dem Spitzerkanal entlang des Spitzerkanales konstant ist. Daraus resultiert das oben erwähnte unerwünschte Ratter- Nerhalten. Entsprechendes gilt beispielsweise auch für den aus der DE 7 027 544 Ul bekannten Spitzer. Auch bei diesem schließt das Schneidmesser mit dem Spitzerkanal entlang des Spitzerkanales einen konstanten Freiwinkel ein.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Spitzer der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei welchem auf einfache Weise während des Spitz-Norgangs ein unerwünschtes Ratter-Schneidverhalten - insbesondere bei Weichminenstiften mit einer Kunststoff-Ummantelung - vermieden wird. Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Spitzer der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Spitzermesser mit dem Spitzerkanal einen zum sich verjüngenden Vorderende des Spitzerkanales hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel einschließt. Durch eine derartige Ausbildung, d.h. Anordnung des Schneidmessers in bezug auf den Spitzerkanal, wird der zu spitzende Weichminenstift während des Spitz-Norgangs quasi zum Norderende des Spitzerkanals gezogen, wobei ein unerwünschtes Rattern zuverlässig vermieden wird. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Spitzer ergibt sich folglich ein geschmeidiges glattes Schneidverhalten. Das gilt sowohl für Weichminenstifte mit einer Holz-Ummantelung als auch bei Weichminenstiften mit einer Kunststoff-Ummantelung.
Im Vergleich mit Weichminenstiften mit einer Holz-Ummantelung weisen Weichminenstifte mit einer Kunststoff-Ummantelung außerdem die Vorteile auf, daß eine Kunststoff-Ummantelung beispielsweise in einem Extrusionsverfahren vergleichsweise einfach herstellbar ist, und daß eine Kunststoff-Ummantelung im
Vergleich mit einer Holz-Ummantelung auch eine kleinere Wanddicke besitzen kann, weil keine Verklebung von Ummantelungs-Hälften, wie sie bei einer Holz- Ummantelung üblich ist, vorhanden ist.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Spitzer kann die Messerschneide des Spitzermessers zur Längsmittelachse des konischen Spitzerkanals parallel orientiert und gegen die Längsmittelachse - in Projektion gesehen - seitlich, d.h. in Spitz-Drehrichtung, nach vorwärts versetzt sein. Durch eine derartige Anordnung des Spitzermessers bzw. seiner Messerschneide in bezug auf den konischen Spitzerkanal wird erreicht, daß das Spitzermesser mit dem Spitzerkanal einen zum sich verjüngenden Vorderende des Spitzerkanals hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel einschließt.
Eine andere Möglichkeit besteht darin, daß die Messerschneide des Spitzermessers mit der Längsmittelachse des konischen Spitzerkanals - in Projektion gesehen - einen sich zum Vorderende des Spitzerkanals hin erweiternden kleinen spitzen Winkel einschließt. Dieser kleine Winkel kann größenordnungsmäßig 2 bis 5 °, beispielsweise 2,5 °, betragen.
Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Spitzer der zuletzt genannten Art kann das Schneidmesser derartig angeordnet sein, daß die Messerschneide die Längsmittelachse des sich konisch verjüngenden Spitzerkanals - in Projektion gesehen - am Anfang des Spitzerkanals unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel schneidet. Desgleichen ist es möglich, daß das Schneidmesser gegen die Längsmittelachse des Spitzerkanals in Spitz-Drehrichtung nach vorwärts versetzt derartig angeordnet ist, daß die gedachte Verlängerung der Messerschneide die Längsmittelachse des sich konisch verjüngenden Spitzerkanals - in Projektion gesehen - vor dem Anfang des Spitzerkanals unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel schneidet.
Auch durch derartige Ausbildungen des Spitzers, d.h. durch derartige Anordnungen des Schneidmessers bzw. seiner Messerschneide in bezug auf den konischen
Spitzerkanal, ist realisierbar, daß das Spitzermesser mit dem Spitzerkanal einen zum sich verjüngenden Vorderende des Spitzerkanals hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel einschließt.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Spitzer ist es bevorzugt, wenn an den konischen
Spitzerkanal rückseitig, d.h. an seinen Anfang, ein Führungsabschnitt konstanten Durchmessers angrenzt. Der Durchmesser des Führungsabschnittes ist hierbei vorzugsweise an den Außendurchmesser der Ummantelung des zu spitzenden Kosmetikstiftes angepaßt. Einen derartigen Führungsabschnitt konstanten Durchmessers weist beispielsweise auch der Spitzer gemäß der eingangs zitierten DE 1 236 374 B auf.
Am Vorderende des konischen Spitzerkanals des erfindungsgemäßen Spitzers ist vorzugsweise ein Fassonmesser vorgesehen. Mit Hilfe des Fassonmessers ist es möglich, die pastöse Mine des zu spitzenden Kosmetikstiftes wunschgemäß zu fassonieren, d.h. beispielsweise abzurunden. Der Spitzer gemäß der mehrfach zitierten DE 1 236 374 B ist beispielsweise ebenfalls mit einem Fassonmesser ausgebildet.
Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemäßen Spitzers im Vergleich mit bekannten Spitzem für kosmetische Weichminenstifte sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei jeweils nur der konische Spitzerkanal und das Spitzermesser mit seiner Messerschneide dargestellt sind.

Figur 1 zeigt in einer Draufsicht und entlang dreier Schnitte entlang den Schnittlinien A-A, B-B und C-C schematisch einen konischen Spitzerkanal 10 sowie ein zum Spitzerkanal 10 annähernd tangential angestelltes Spitzermesser 12. Das Spitzermesser 12 weist eine Messerschneide 14 auf. Die Messerschneide 14 ist zur Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 - in Projektion gesehen - deckungsgleich angeordnet, so daß die Messerschneide 14 des Spitzermessers 12 mit dem Spitzerkanal 10 entlang des gesamten Spitzerkanals 10 einen konstanten Freiwinkel 18 einschließt. Der Freiwinkel 18 ist der Winkel zwischen der durch die Messerschneide 14 bestimmten Tangentialebene des konischen Spitzerkanals (10) und der Rückenfläche des Spitzermessers 12. Dieser Freiwinkel 18 beträgt beispielsweise größenordnungsmäßig 2,5 °.
Figur 2 verdeutlicht eine zweite Ausbildung eines bekannten Spitzers mit einem konischen Spitzerkanal 10 und einem Spitzermesser 12, dessen Messerschneide 14 in bezug auf die Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 - in Projektion gesehen - einen sich vom Vorderende 20 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 nach rückwärts erweiternden spitzen Winkel 22 einschließt. Auch bei einer solchen Ausbildung ist der Freiwinkel 18 zwischen der Rückenfläche des Schneidmessers 12 und der Tangentialebene des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 entlang des konischen Spitzerkanales 10 konstant. Bei einer solchen Ausbildung beträgt der Freiwinkel 18 beispielsweise größenordnungsmäßig 7 °, wenn der spitze Winkel 22 zwischen der Projektion der Messerschneide 14 und der Längsmittelachse 16 größenordnungsmäßig z.B. 2 ° beträgt. Ein relativ großer Freiwinkel 18 ist erwünscht, um ein entsprechendes Schneidverhalten zu erzielen.
Der mit der Bezugsziffer 24 bezeichnete Winkel in Figur 2 und der entlang des konischen Spitzerkanales 10 konstante Freiwinkel 18 sind gleich groß.
Figur 3 zeigt schematisch eine dritte Ausführungsform eines bekannten Spitzers mit konischem Spitzerkanal 10 und einem Spitzermesser 12 mit einer Messerschneide 14, deren Projektion mit der Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 wiederum einen der Figur 2 entsprechenden spitzen Winkel 22 einschließt. Die Ausbildung gemäß Figur 3 unterscheidet sich von der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 2 nur dadurch, daß das Spitzermesser 12 keine zur Messerschneide 14 parallele Rückenschmalfläche 26 aufweist, sondern daß die Rückenschmalfläche 26 und die Messerschneide 14 miteinander einen dem spitzen Winkel 22 entsprechenden spitzen Winkel einschließen. Auch bei dieser Ausbildung gemäß Figur 3 beträgt der entlang des konischen Spitzerkanales 10 konstante Freiwinkel 18 zwischen der Rückenfläche des Spitzermessers 12 und der Tangentialfläche des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 beispielsweise größenordnungsmäßig 7 °, wenn der spitze Winkel 22 z.B. größenordnungsmäßig 2 ° beträgt.
Gleiche Einzelheiten sind in den Figuren 1 bis 3 jeweils mit denselben Bezugsziffern bezeichnet.
Figur 4 zeigt in einer den Figuren 1 bis 3 ähnlichen schematischen Darstellung eine erste Ausführungsform des erfϊndungsgemäßen Spitzers mit einem konischen Spitzerkanal 10 und einem Spitzermesser 12, wobei die Messerschneide 14 des Spitzermessers 12 mit dem Spitzerkanal 10 - in Projektion gesehen - einen zum verjüngenden Vorderende 20 des Spitzerkanals hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel 18, 18', 18" einschließt, wobei 18' > 18 und 18" > 18' ist.
Bei der Ausbildung gemäß Figur 4 ist das Schneidmesser 12 gegen die Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 in Spitz-Drehrichtung, die durch den bogenförmigen Pfeil 28 verdeutlicht ist, nach vorwärts versetzt derartig angeordnet, daß die gedachte Verlängerung 30 der Messerschneide 14 - in Projektion gesehen - die Längsmittelachse 16 des Spitzerkanals 10 vor dem Anfang 32 des Spitzerkanals 10 unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel 34 schneidet. Dieser Schnittpunkt ist mit der Bezugsziffer 36 bezeichnet. Wie bereits erwähnt worden ist, handelt es sich hierbei um die Projektion der Messerschneide 14 bzw. der gedachten Verlängerung 30 derselben in die entsprechende Ebene (-Zeichnungsebene) der Längsmittelachse 16.
Wie aus Figur 4 oben ohne weiteres ersichtlich ist, nimmt auf diese Weise der
Freiwinkel zwischen der Rückenfläche des Spitzermessers 12 und der Tangentialfläche des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 vom Anfang 32 zum Vorderende 20 hin kontinuierlich zu, was durch die Bezugsziffern 18 < 18' <18" verdeutlicht ist.
Figur 5 verdeutlicht eine Ausbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Spitzers, die sich von der Ausbildung gemäß Figur 4 dadurch unterscheidet, daß das Schneidmesser 12 derartig angeordnet ist, daß seine Messerschneide 14 in Projektion auf die Längsmittelachse 16 die Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanales 10 am Anfang 32 des Spitzerkanales 10 unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel 34 schneidet. Dieser Schnittpunkt ist wiederum mit der Bezugsziffer 36 bezeichnet. Auch durch eine derartige Anordnung der Spitzermessers 12 bzw. seiner Messerschneide 14 in bezug auf den konischen Spitzerkanal 10 ergibt sich zwischen dem Spitzermesser 12 und dem konischen Spitzerkanal 10 ein vom Anfang 32 zum Vorderende 20 des konischen Spitzerkanals hin kontinuierlich größer werdender Freiwinkel 18, 18', 18" mit 18" > 18'> 18. Beträgt beispielsweise der kleine spitze Winkel 34 größenordnungsmäßig 2,5 °, so betragen die Freiwinkel 18 größenordnungsmäßig 2,5 °, 18' größenordnungsmäßig beispielsweise 11 ° und 18" zum Beispiels 22 °. Demgegenüber betragen die Freiwinkel 18, 18 'und 18" bei der Ausbildung gemäß Figur 4 mit einem kleinen spitzen Winkel 34 von beispielsweise 2,5 ° 18 - 4,3°, 18'= 17 ° und 18" = 36 °.
Figur 6 verdeutlicht schematisch eine Ausbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Spitzers, wobei die Messerschneide 14 des Spitzermessers 12 zur Längsmittelachse 16 des konischen Spitzerkanales 10 parallel orientiert und gegen die Längsmittelachse 16 in Projektion gesehen - seitlich in Spitz-Drehrichtung, die mit der Bezugsziffer 28 bezeichnet ist, nach vorwärts versetzt ist. Dieser Versatz ist mit der Bezugsziffer 38 bezeichnet. Auch durch eine solche Ausbildung wird erreicht, daß die Messerschneide 14 des Spitzermessers 12 mit dem Spitzerkanal 10 einen zum sich verjüngenden Vorderende 20 des Spitzerkanals hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel 18, 18', 18" einschließt, d.h. 18" > 18'> 18. Beispielsweise beträgt der Freiwinkel 18 = 7 °, der Freiwinkel 18'= 15° und der Freiwinkel 18" = 25°.
An den konischen Spitzerkanal 10 schließt rückseitig, d.h. an dessen Anfang 32, ein an sich bekannter Führungsabschnitt 40 an, der einen konstanten Durchmesser besitzt. Am Vorderende 20 des konischen Spitzerkanals 10 ist ein Fassonmesser 42 vorgesehen, das zum Fassonieren der pastösen Mine 44 des jeweiligen zu spitzenden kosmetischen Weichminenstiftes dient.
Gleiche Einzellieiten sind in den Figuren 4 bis 6 mit denselben Bezugsziffern bzw. mit denselben Bezugsziffern wie in den Figuren 1 bis 3 bezeichnet, so daß es sich erübrigt, in Verbindung mit allen Figuren alle Einzelheiten jeweils detailliert zu beschreiben.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Spitzer insbesondere für kosmetische Weichminenstifte mit einem konischen Spitzerkanal (10) und einem zum Spitzerkanal (10) annähernd tangential angestellten Spitzermesser (12), das mit dem Spitzerkanal (10) einen Freiwinkel
(18) einschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Spitzermesser (12) mit dem Spitzerkanal (10) einen zum sich veηungenden
Vorderende (20) des Spitzerkanals (10) hin kontinuierlich größer werdenden Freiwinkel (18, 18', 18") einschließt.
2. Spitzernach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Messerschneide (14) des Spitzermessers (12) zur Längsmittelachse (16) des konischen Spitzerkanals (10) - in Projektion gesehen - parallel orientiert und gegen die Längsmittelachse (16) seitlich versetzt ist.
3. Spitzer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Messerschneide (14) des Spitzermessers (12) - in Projektion gesehen - gegen die Längsmittelachse (16) des Spitzerkanals (10) in Spitz-Drehrichtung (28) nach vorwärts versetzt ist.
4. Spitzer nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Messerschneide (14) des Spitzermessers (12) mit der Längsmittelachse (16) des konischen Spitzerkanals (10) - in Projektion gesehen -einen sich zum Vorderende (20) des Spitzerkanals (10) hin erweiternden spitzen Winkel (34) einschließt.
5. Spitzer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Schneidmesser (12) derartig angeordnet ist, daß die Messerschneide (14) die Längsmittelachse (16) des sich konisch verjüngenden Spitzerkanals (10) - in Projektion gesehen - am Anfang (32) des Spitzerkanals (10) unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel (34) schneidet.
6. Spitzer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Schneidmesser (12) gegen die Längsmittelachse (16) des Spitzerkanals (10) in Spitz -Drehrichtung (28) nach vorwärts versetzt derartig angeordnet ist, daß die gedachte Verlängerung (30) der Messerschneide (14) die Längsmittelachse (16) des sich konisch verjüngenden Spitzerkanals (10) - in Projektion gesehen - vor dem Anfang (32) des Spitzerkanals (10) unter einem kleinen spitzen Winkel (34) schneidet.
7. Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß an den konischen Spitzerkanal (10) rückseitig ein Führungsabschnitt (40) konstanten Durchmessers angrenzt.
8. Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß am Vorderende (20) des konischen Spitzerkanals (10) ein Fassonmesser (42) vorgesehen ist.
