Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des réactifs utiles au niveau de la modulation de l'expression génique EGFR dans une variété d'applications, y compris des applications pour une utilisation thérapeutique et diagnostique, et pour une validation de cible, ainsi que des applications de découverte génomique. En particulier, l'invention concerne de petites molécules d'acides nucléiques, notamment des acides nucléiques interférants courts (siNA), un ARN interférant court (siRNA), un ARN bicaténaire (dsRNA), un micro ARN (miRNA) et des molécules d'ARN court en épingle à cheveux (shRNA) permettant une médiation d'interférence ARN (RNAi) contre HER1, HER2, HER3 et/ou HER4. Ces petites molécules d'acides nucléiques sont utiles pour le diagnostic et pour le traitement du cancer.
