Beim Versiegelen / Schweißen wird der Sicherheitsstreifen innen auf Wand 47 versiegelt. Die offene Schnittkante 50 innen liegend ist sicher versiegelt zwischen dem Sicherheitsstreifen 49 und der Wand 47.
Die Löcher, die sich ohne die Schutzstreifen bilden im Bereich 2, 2A Fig. 6 am Ende der Schnittkante 29, 30 sind somit dicht verschlossen.
Eine 2. Ausführung des Verschlusses 1 ist das Einfalten der Dreiecke 27, 28 Fig. 7 nach innen. Die offenen Schnittkanten 29, 30 legen sich über die Schutzstreifen 3, 4. Durch Querversiegelung, Verschweißung des Deckels 1, sind die offenen Kanten und die sich ohne Einlage der Schutzstreifen 7, 8 bildenden Löcher dicht verschlossen.
Claims (3)
- Behälter, welcher aus einem Zuschnitt aus zumindest auf einer Seite vollflächig beschichtetem Karton faltbar ist,
mit zwei Seitenwänden, einem Deckel, einem Boden, einer Vorder- und einer Rückwand,
wobei sich durch die Faltung des Zuschnitts zunächst zu einem rohrförmigen Körper eine als Rohr- oder Längsnaht bezeichnete Nahtlinie ergibt,
und mit einem Deckelabschnitt, welcher mittels Dehnfalten aus seiner einen Teil des Deckels bildenden Verschlussstellung in eine Ausgabestellung, eine offene Schütte bildend, bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Behälterinneren die Karton-Schnittkante (50) der Rohrnaht durch einen Schutzstreifen (49) aus zusätzlichem lebensmittelgerechten Material versiegelt ist,
und dass im Behälterinneren ein lebensmittelgerechter Versiegelungsstreifen dort vorgesehen ist, wo der Deckelabschnitt (1) an den übrigen Deckel grenzt,
derart, daß dieser Versiegelungsstreifen sowohl die sich zwischen Deckelabschnitt (1) und übrigem Deckel ergebende Nahtlinie als auch die sich zwischen dem Deckelabschnitt (1) und den Seitenwänden ergebenden Nahtstellen versiegelt,
wobei der Behälter metallfrei, gas- und flüssigkeitsdicht sowie mikrowellenbeständig ausgestaltet ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Deckelabschnitt (1) vorgesehene Versiegelungsstreifen aus zwei oder mehr Teilstreifen (3, 4) besteht.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Deckelabschnitt (1) vorgesehenen Dehnfalten (Dreiecke 27, 28) an die Außenseite der Seitenwände gefaltet sind, wenn sich der Deckelabschnitt (1) in seiner Verschlussstellung befindet.
