Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for generating an air flow in a wet or dry deduster, especially for use in underground mining and tunneling with a fan housing and the fan with drive and associated muffler.
  • a deduster is known in which the associated fan between the input and output side, that is arranged in the raw gas stream.
  • the fan including its fan housing is quasi soundproof, but exposed to the water droplets, the water and dust droplets and the dust grains, quite apart from the fact that it is centrally located in this raw gas stream, so that repair work and the like are considerably more difficult.
  • the fan with its fan ensures that the raw gas flow through the deduster is pulled so that it can be freed from the dust particles, either by adding water, or in dry filters in that the air flow through appropriate Dust-retaining wipes is passed.
  • devices ie fans are known, which are arranged outside of the deduster, with which, however, also the raw gas flow is selectively passed through the deduster.
  • the environmental impact silencer When used in conjunction with dedusters and in other applications, it is necessary to use to reduce the environmental impact silencer. This can, as in DE 198 53 190 A1 happen that the entire fan is arranged with its fan housing in a large room, so that the fan noise can penetrate only conditionally to the outside.
  • these mufflers are so associated with the fan housing, that the sonic load of the fan wheel can escape from the fan housing uninsulated.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide an intended for use in underground dedusters, powerful and small-sized, soundproof fan, which is also used in other areas.
  • the muffler is designed as the fan housing upstream inlet muffler and downstream outlet muffler that the fan housing additionally has soundproofing and that the outlet muffler upstream of a power distribution, which distributes the fan housing leaving clean the distributed through the multiple channels Outlet silencer is formed feeding, the flow channels are secured all around sound insulation walls.
  • both sides of the fan housing are protected by silencers and additionally the fan housing itself, so that virtually no sound or only a small amount of noise can escape into the environment.
  • the outlet silencer is increased so that while reducing the flow velocity, the insulating areas or insulating parts of the silencer are particularly effective.
  • the power distributor ensures that the clean gases leaving the fan housing strike the insulation surfaces as optimally distributed as possible, so that soundproofing can be achieved.
  • the single clean gas flow which leaves the fan housing and thus the fan wheel, is thus guided through a relatively small diameter flow channel, which has all-round sound insulation walls, so that a total of a very large sound-insulating surface is available, much larger than conventional outlet silencers.
  • the number of flow channels created may be appropriate to the circumstances, e.g. be adapted in particular to the volume of the clean gas to be delivered. It is also conceivable to provide subdivisions in the power distributor and in the outlet silencer, so that always a specific amount of flow channels is always used or just for large clean gas volumes all existing flow channels.
  • the power distributor is at the same time designed to act as a compensation chamber, in which the clean gas leading baffles are arranged and that it has its own soundproofing elements.
  • the clean gas in the power distributor is first of all reduced in its speed, quite simply because a correspondingly enlarged space is made available and beyond that then guided so that the clean gas on the sound attenuation targeted strokes over while the targeted insulation can occur. It is understood that this power distribution is required especially when the outlet or when the entire outlet silencer is increased in volume, the end cross-section of the power distributor and the outlet silencer are identical.
  • a further embodiment provides that the power distributor and the associated outlet silencer have an up to the footprint of the associated deduster reaching damper housing.
  • the above-mentioned insulating effect is achieved in the flow channels, in particular when the sound insulation walls have spaces filled with rock wool filling.
  • This can be specifically filled a certain amount of rock wool in the gap, so as to ensure the targeted insulation of the sound.
  • the rock wool filling has a specific density or that the density can be adjusted by an appropriate amount of rock wool filling or is also set differently, in order to be able to set the insulating effect to the existing sound safely.
  • perforated plates provide a sufficiently large area, which allow a direct contact between rock wool filling and clean gas or sound.
  • the rock wool filling is formed from columnar components, which are designed to be inserted into the interstices.
  • These columnar components are made of rock wool of a certain density, being so stable that they can be handled well. Due to their stable construction or their stable condition, they can be inserted into the interstices without the need for further aids. Due to their shape and the shape of the interstices, they are stored and held there so that they can not slip and are always arranged with their sound-absorbing surface to the passing clean gas out. If there is any influence on the rock wool filling, the columnar components can be replaced by new ones, whereby either only a part of the rock wool filling is replaced or also the entire rock wool filling of such a discharge silencer or other silencer.
  • At least one side wall of the damper housing is made detachable or hinged, so that the side wall can be detached from the rest of the damper housing to either insert the columnar components first or to exchange them for others, if this is due to Overload or other problems is necessary.
  • the actual fan housing is designed soundproofed.
  • the fan-housing associated columnar components of the sound-insulating walls are arranged parallel to the air flow direction, wherein in the middle of the fan wheel metal dampers are provided. Because metal dampers are arranged in the region of the fan wheel, the columnar components consisting of rock wool can not be overstressed. Rather, it is even possible to make an additional or simplified fixation of the columnar components in the region of the soundproof walls of the fan housing with the help of the proposed metal damper.
  • the plates provided to the inside are designed as perforated plates, so that here too the necessary contact between the flowing clean gas and the rock wool is achieved or can be ensured.
  • the metal damper on the columnar components additionally fixedly connected to the housing wall or secured and fixed on the same time holding the columnar components perforated plates. So here is the other possibility addressed by the metal damper can perform a dual function. In general, it will be the case that the metal dampers are made of correspondingly hard material rather for additional fixation of the columnar components, as vice versa. But as I said, the reverse function is possible.
  • the noise mainly also arise from the fact that the air flow through a narrow gap between the metal dampers and the individual wings of the fan is pressed through. Another sound load naturally arises via the drive and the rotating blades of the fan wheel. A large part of this load is, as mentioned, adsorbed by the arranged parallel to the air flow columnar components of rock wool and thus rendered harmless, this is further improved by the fan housing from the core tube-shaped and then a rectangular housing shell with an intermediate pitted stone wool filling is dammed.
  • the special design of the fan housing or better of the housing shell makes it possible to specifically arrange further rock wool so that the desired sound insulation is improved. In any case, this enlargement of the fan housing is usually harmless, because the dimensions of the associated deduster or other machine parts is predetermined so that the magnification is harmless here on the fan housing.
  • the individual fan wheels supplied clean gas flow passes through an inlet silencer, which may be connected to the fan housing, which also assumes a dual function insofar as the fan housing in the air flow upstream inlet exhaust extended to approximately standing surface of the deduster and running a compensating space forming is.
  • an enlargement of the flow cross-section is thus predetermined, and this entire area of the intake silencer is protected by sound insulating walls, so that hereby a corresponding reassurance can be achieved.
  • the size of this inlet silencer can be reduced due to the described embodiment over the prior art, so that the entire length of the fan housing or, more specifically, the operated device can be limited.
  • the possibility of a compensating piece that is designed to be flexible, and a transition piece to the dust extractor to ensure additional sound insulation so that the described inlet silencer may possibly even completely eliminated.
  • the invention is characterized in that a device is provided, i. a fan that is designed and fitted with silencers that it can be used in underground mining but also in other areas to improve together with a dust extractor or similar aggregates cleaning ability for dust-laden LOSSströme or to the industry a fan or specify a device for generating an air flow, which can be made compact and stable and that allows for close to 100% sound insulation high performance by, for example, one or more fans in a row arranges and interconnects.
  • the inlet side of the fan is soundproofed, but above all, the outlet side, in which case the outlet silencer is not only increased in terms of volume, but also with respect to its soundproofing effect. This can be achieved by the multiple flow channels, which can be secured all around by sound insulation or sound insulation. At the end or when flowing out of the purified air, the sound pressure is brought to virtually zero.
  • the fan unit 1 shown in FIG. 1 is one which can be assigned to a dust collector 2 which is not shown in detail here. Accordingly, the deduster is connected to the fan housing 3 via a transition piece 38 and a flexible compensation piece 39. It should be mentioned here that this transition piece is provided with an insulation 40 made of rock wool, this transition piece 38 can also take over the function of the further explained in more detail inlet silencer 6.
  • the fan housing 3 has the fan 4 and the drive 5, wherein the drive is arranged according to Figure 5 on a fan block 9.
  • two fan housing 3, 8 are arranged one behind the other and equipped with fan wheels 4, which provide an approximately doubled performance.
  • a power distributor 10 connects, which is the connecting part to the outlet silencer 7.
  • the power distributor 10 has all the sound insulation elements 16 and is formed pulled down far, when used with a deduster 2 to approxemdemd towards the sole.
  • the current distributor 10 is equipped with a flow cross-section which is larger than the flow cross-section of the fan housing 3, 8, so that a so-called equalization space 20 is created by a calming of the clean gas flow.
  • the partial flows are directed by the baffles 21, that the clean gas flow to each of the reproduced in Figure 1 flow channels 11, 12, 13 is passed.
  • the flow-through channels 11, 12, 13 are completely covered by sound-absorbing elements 15, which can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, so that the actual flow-through channels 11, 12, 13 are completely protected against the environment.
  • the clean gas flowing through in the air flow direction 22 is conducted through the flow channels 11, 12, 13 so uniformly that the sound insulation elements 15 can be fully effective.
  • the individual sound-absorbing wall 24 of the damper housing 23 consists of the outer panel 29, the perforated plate 28 arranged towards the interior 27 and the rock wool filling 25 filling this gap 26. As shown in FIG. 2, this results in all-round insulation for each duct, the side wall or a wall the side walls 31 is designed to be foldable or can be opened, so that you can easily bring the rock wool filling 25.
  • the rock wool filling 25 is introduced in the form of columnar components 30.
  • Such a component 30 is shown in FIG. 3, it being apparent here that the latter large columnar components 30 are inserted from the side wall 31 forth and are arranged between outer panel 29 and perforated plate 28.
  • Figure 4 and Figure 5 show cross sections of the fan housing 3, wherein according to Figure 4, the circular cross section is also reflected on the wall, here between the perforated plate 28 and outer panel 29 also find the visible from Figure 3 columnar components 30 use.
  • the housing wall 34 is actually represented by the outer panel 29, but ultimately of the overall structure, which is additionally stabilized by the soundproofing elements 17 and the columnar components 30.
  • Figure 5 shows the elevated drive 5 for the fan 4, the figure 4 can be seen.
  • the housing wall 34 is also shown in the form of a double wall, namely consisting of perforated plate 28 and outer panel 29, then additionally a housing shell 35 is provided which receives an additional Steinwoll Anlagenllung 36, which practically the cavity between the square housing shell 35 and the circular housing wall 34 fills out.
  • the individual figures 1 to 5 illustrate that virtually the entire housing of the fan unit 1 is protected by sound insulation elements 15, 16, 17, 18, this also with respect to the flow channels 11, 12 and 13. This results in an advantageous insulation effect, which leads to Such a dust extractor 2, for example, associated fan unit can be used as such without endangering the environment or adverse effect on the environment. Due to the compact design, the total length of the fan unit 1 within very narrow limits kept well below 10 meters, usually even 5 meters. As a result, fan units of this kind can be advantageously used, in particular in cramped conditions, so that these workplaces, which are frequently affected by noise, can thus be made substantially more ergonomic.
