Thus, the firm and tight structure endures well regardless of the influence of weather.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un outil de montage (10) destinés au surfaçage d'un pont de bateau (30) avec des bordages (20) ou des éléments de surfaçage (21) formés à partir de bordages de pont, par fixation de ces bordages ou de ces éléments au pont. Pendant le montage des bordages, un outil de montage de type plaque (10) comportant des languettes de guidage (12) sur son côté inférieur est posé sur les bordages de pont, les languettes de guidage entrant dans les espaces ménagés entre les bordages de pont, une distance souhaitée étant ainsi déterminée entre les bordages de pont. La plaque de corps (11) de l'outil de montage est pourvue d'au moins une ouverture (15) permettant d'observer la largeur de l'espacement entre deux bordages de pont adjacents (20a, 20b) pendant le montage. En outre, l'extrémité de l'outil de montage comprend une dent de blocage de type crochet (14) permettant de bloquer les outils de montage adjacents ensemble de sorte qu'ils forment un outil de montage allongé continu.
