Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen eines Sackes mit Schüttgut, die einen Aufgabetrichter (12), ein an das untere Ende des Aufgabetrichters (12) anschließendes Füllrohr (13), eine Förderschnecke (14) im Füllrohr (13), die mit einem Drehantriebsmotor (31) antreibend verbunden ist, sowie ein mit der Förderschnecke (14) verbundenes höhenverstellbares Schließorgan (16) am unteren Ende des Füllrohres (13) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehantriebsmotor (31) gemeinsam mit der Förderschnecke (14) und dem Schließorgan (16) höhenverstellbar gegenüber dem Füllrohr (13) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein gegenüber dem Füllrohr (13) ortsfestes Portal (26), in dem ein Hubrahmen (25) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist, der den Drehantriebsmotor (31) und die Lagerung (27, 28) einer Schneckenwelle (15) der Förderschnecke (14) trägt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Mehrzahl von vertikalen Führungsstangen (34, 35, 36, 37), auf denen der Hubrahmen (25) verschiebbar geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest eine von einem Stellantriebsmotor (51) drehend antreibbare stehende Spindel (43), die im Portal (26) fest angeordnet ist und auf der eine Spindelmutter (45) läuft, die im Hubrahmen (25) fest angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Verwendung von zwei Spindeln (43), auf denen der Hubrahmen (25) unmittelbar auf zwei Spindelmuttern (45) vertikal geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,

zumindest einen vertikal angeordneten Stellzylinder (81), der mit dem Portal (26) fest verbunden ist und dessen Kolbenstange (82) auf den Hubrahmen (25) einwirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,

zumindest einen vertikal angeordneten Anschlagzylinder (83, 85), dessen ausgefahrener Anschlagkolben (84, 86) den Hubrahmen (25) gegen die nach oben gerichtete Hubkraft des Stellzylinders (81) in einer Zwischenstellung hält, die am Verschlußkegel (16) eine Öffnungsstellung für einen reduzierten Mittelstrom bzw. ein Rührwerk (24) im Aufgabetrichter (12), der von einem Rührantriebsmotor (61) über eine Hülse (59) antreibbar ist, durch die die Schneckenwelle (15) der Förderschnecke (14) hindurchgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
