Description

  • L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fixer un dosseret à un porteur et elle s'applique notamment aux dosserets destinées à porter une bouteille de gaz pour l'alimentation d'un masque, d'un casque ou autre système respiratoire équipant le porteur du dosseret.
  • Habituellement les dosserets sont fixés à un porteur d'une part, en partie haute, au moyen de bretelles par lesquelles le dosseret est suspendu dans le dos du porteur et, d'autre part, en partie basse grâce à une ceinture dont est muni le dosseret et que le porteur fixe autour de sa taille.
  • Or il se trouve que le porteur est généralement déjà équipé d'une ceinture pour diverses raisons. Le porteur doit donc porter en définitive deux ceintures, ce qui présente divers inconvénients.
  • L'état de la technique peut être illustré par les deux documents suivants :
    • Le document US 5 806 741 A décrit un dispositif pour fixer un dosseret à un porteur au moyen de bretelles et d'une ceinture, les bretelles étant fixées au dosseret en partie haute pour suspendre le dosseret au porteur. La ceinture qui est indépendante du dosseret équipe le porteur, et le dosseret est fixé à la ceinture par un dispositif de fixation rapide qui comprend un crochet fixé en partie basse du dosseret et un boîtier fixé à la ceinture. Ce boîtier comporte une sorte de gâchette apte à coopérer avec ledit crochet pour verrouiller le crochet au boîtier.
    • Le document GB 636 995 A décrit un dispositif de fixation rapide qui comprend un crochet fixé à un boîtier lui-même fixé à des bandoulières par une chaîne. Ce boîtier comporte une gâchette apte à coopérer avec le crochet pour verrouiller ce dernier au boîtier. Ce dispositif est divulgué pour attacher une épuisette à un pêcheur.
  • La présente invention vise à perfectionner ce type de dispositifs.
  • La présente invention a donc pour objet un dosseret avec des bretelles, une ceinture et un dispositif pour fixer le dosseret à un porteur au moyen des bretelles et de la ceinture équipant le porteur, les bretelles étant fixées au dosseret en partie haute pour suspendre le dosseret au porteur, la ceinture étant indépendante du dosseret fixé à la ceinture par un dispositif de fixation rapide qui comprend un crochet fixé en partie basse au dosseret et un boîtier fixé à la ceinture, ce boîtier comportant une gâchette apte à coopérer avec le crochet pour verrouiller le crochet au boîtier, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier comporte une gâchette mobile poussée dans un sens par un ressort jusque dans une position sortie où elle présente une partie de gâchette qui est extérieure au boîtier et qui est apte à être repoussée manuellement pour déplacer la gâchette en sens opposé, ladite gâchette présentant une fenêtre accessible par une ouverture du boîtier et ledit crochet présentant une extrémité apte à être introduite par ladite ouverture jusque dans et à travers ladite fenêtre en sorte que le crochet soit en prise avec la gâchette dans ladite position sortie et que cette prise soit supprimée lorsque la gâchette est repoussée en sens opposé.
  • On décrira ci-après un exemple de réalisation de l'invention, en référence aux figures du dessin joint sur lequel :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dosseret équipé du crochet ;
    • la figure 2 est un schéma agrandi du crochet ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue d'un porteur équipé d'une ceinture munie du boîtier ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue isolée du boîtier ;
    • la figure 5 est une vue de l'intérieur du boîtier avec la gâchette en position sortie, et
    • la figure 6 est un schéma de fonctionnement du système crochet/gâchette, respectivement en état d'introduction ou de retrait du crochet (Fig. 6A) et en état de verrouillage (Fig. 6B).
  • La figure 1 est une vue d'un dosseret D équipé en partie haute de bretelles (1 ; 2) qui permettent de le suspendre aux épaules d'un porteur (non représenté) et équipé en partie basse d'un crochet (3) sur une zone (4) du dosseret qui sera tourné vers une zone de la ceinture C du porteur.
  • La figure 2 est une vue latérale agrandie du crochet qui présente un bec (3a) et qui comporte une rainure (3b) derrière le bec.
  • Cette zone de la ceinture est équipée d'un boîtier (B) vu en place sur la figure 3 et vu isolé sur la figure 4.
  • Le boîtier contient une gâchette plate rectangulaire (5) qui est poussée verticalement par des ressorts (6) vers une position sortie. La gâchette présente alors une extrémité (5a) en saillie à l'extérieur du boîtier (Fig. 4 et 5).
  • La gâchette présente une fenêtre (7) accessible par une ouverture (8) du boîtier.
  • L'extrémité du crochet et la fenêtre de la gâchette présentent des pentes (9, 10) aptes à coopérer en sorte qu'à l'introduction du crochet dans le boîtier, par l'ouverture (8), la gâchette soit d'abord repoussée par le crochet à l'encontre des ressorts (Fig. 6A) puis revienne en direction sortie sous l'effet des ressorts en verrouillant le crochet dont le bec a traversé la fenêtre de la gâchette (Fig. 6B) et dont la rainure est occupée par la partie basse (5b) de la gâchette.
  • Le boîtier est fixé à la ceinture comme un passant grâce à un passage (11) (Fig.4) dans lequel peut être enfilée la ceinture.
  • L'invention n'est pas limitée à cet exemple de réalisation. En particulier les ressorts ne constituent qu'un exemple parmi d'autres de moyens aptes à exercer un effet élastique sur la gâchette.
  • Pour déverrouiller le crochet, le porteur appuie sur la gâchette pour abaisser la fenêtre.

Claims (3)

  1. Dosseret (D) avec des bretelles (1,2), une ceinture (C) et un dispositif pour fixer le dosseret (D) à un porteur au moyen des bretelles (1, 2) et de la ceinture (C) équipant le porteur, les bretelles étant fixées au dosseret en partie haute pour suspendre le dosseret au porteur, la ceinture (C) étant indépendante du dosseret fixé à la ceinture par un dispositif de fixation rapide qui comprend un crochet (3) fixé en partie basse au dosseret et un boîtier (B) fixé à la ceinture, ce boîtier comportant une gâchette (5) apte à coopérer avec le crochet pour verrouiller le crochet au boîtier, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (B) comporte une gâchette mobile (5) poussée dans un sens par un ressort jusque dans une position sortie où elle présente une partie de gâchette (5a) qui est extérieure au boîtier et qui est apte à être repoussée manuellement pour déplacer la gâchette en sens opposé, ladite gâchette présentant une fenêtre (7) accessible par une ouverture (8) du boîtier et ledit crochet (3) présentant une extrémité (3a) apte à être introduite par ladite ouverture jusque dans et à travers ladite fenêtre en sorte que le crochet soit en prise avec la gâchette dans ladite position sortie et que cette prise soit supprimée lorsque la gâchette est repoussée en sens opposé.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (B) présente un passage permettant de rapporter le boîtier sur la ceinture par enfilage de la ceinture dans le passage.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la gâchette et le crochet présentent des pentes (10,9) qui coopèrent pour qu'à l'introduction du crochet dans le boîtier, la gâchette soit d'abord repoussée par le crochet à l'encontre du ressort puis revienne en position sortie sous l'effet du ressort en verrouillant le crochet dans la fenêtre de la gâchette.
