Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser un bridge dentaire à partir d'un matériau céramique contenant notamment de l'oxyde de zircon ou composé de celui-ci. L'invention a pour objet la réalisation d'un bridge en céramique dont la longueur est supérieure à celle des ébauches céramiques de l'état de la technique. Elle doit aussi permettre la mise en place de bridges sur des moignons dentaires qui ne se déplacent pas de manière forcée parallèlement ou sensiblement parallèlement entre eux. A cet effet, le bridge est composé d'au moins deux parties de sédimentation, chaque partie de sédimentation est réalisée à partir d'une ébauche usinée par CAM en matériau céramique, et comme modèle pour l'usinage d'au moins une ébauche est utilisé un modèle CAD ou un modèle modélisé à la main.
