Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de fixation par serrage (1) pour la fixation d'éléments de protection contre le soleil ou les regards ou similaires sur des traverses (2) de fenêtres, de portes ou similaires, où le dispositif de fixation par serrage (1) présente deux étriers de serrage (3, 4) rentrant l'un dans l'autre respectivement avec une joue de serrage (6, 10) et une joue de guidage (19, 20), où
    - l'étrier de serrage avant (3) présente, dans la zone arrière de sa joue de guidage (19), une joue de serrage (6) recourbée vers le bas, qui repose à l'état monté à l'avant sur la traverse (2), et
    - l'étrier de serrage arrière (4) présente, dans la zone arrière de sa joue de guidage (20), une joue de serrage (10) recourbée vers le bas, qui repose à l'état monté à l'arrière sur la traverse (2), et
    les deux étriers de serrage (3, 4) sont reliés, de manière à pouvoir être coulissés l'un en direction de l'autre, par le biais d'une tige filetée (9) passant à travers la face de fixation (7) et à travers la réception du trou taraudé (11) et peuvent être écartés et rapprochés en vissant la tige filetée (9) afin de fixer les deux joues de serrage (3, 4) sur la traverse (2) à l'état monté, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de serrage avant (3) comprend, dans la zone de la joue de guidage (19), la joue de guidage (20) de l'étrier de serrage arrière (4), coulissable des deux côtés dans un rail de guidage au moins sur une section partielle de la distance, et, dans la zone avant de la joue de guidage (19), une face de fixation (7) pour faire passer une tige filetée (9) et caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de serrage arrière (4) présente, dans la zone avant de sa joue de guidage (20), une réception avec un trou taraudé (11).

Dispositif de fixation par serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la joue de serrage recourbée (6) de l'étrier de serrage avant (3), vue de face, est disposée à la hauteur de la moitié arrière de la longueur de la joue de guidage (19), de préférence au moins à la hauteur des 3/4 de la longueur.
  3. Dispositif de fixation par serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la joue de guidage (19) de l'étrier de serrage avant (3) présente une surface d'appui (22) pour l'appui sur la traverse (2) derrière la joue de serrage (6) dans la zone du bout terminal de la joue de guidage.
  4. Dispositif de fixation par serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la joue de guidage (19) de l'étrier de serrage avant (3) présente un rail de guidage (5) avec deux rainures parallèles, ouvertes en direction du centre, pour guider la joue de guidage (20) de l'étrier de serrage arrière (4) dans/contre la joue de guidage (19) de l'étrier de serrage avant (3).
  5. Dispositif de fixation par serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de serrage avant (3) se compose sensiblement entièrement de plastique et que l'étrier de serrage arrière (4) se compose sensiblement entièrement de métal.
  6. Dispositif de fixation par serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la joue de guidage (6) de l'étrier de serrage avant (3) présente un corps creux, dans lequel la joue de guidage (20) de l'étrier de serrage arrière (4) est accueillie de chaque côté au moins en ce qui concerne la section avant.
  7.
