Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Leichtbau-Verbundmaterial mit einem Leichtbau-Trägermaterial (12) und einer an mindestens einer Oberfläche des Trägermaterials (12) vorgesehenen Deckschicht (34), wobei zwischen der Oberfläche des Trägermaterials (12) und der Deckschicht (34) eine harzundurchlässige Trennschicht (16) vorgesehen ist und die Deckschicht (34) aus einem Faser- oder Wabenmaterial (20) gebildet ist, welches in einem auf der Trennschicht (16) ausgehärteten Harzmaterial (32) eingebettet ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind im Trägermaterial (12) und/oder in der Trennschicht (16) und/oder in dem Faser- oder Wabenmaterial (20) der auszubildenden Deckschicht (34) Fliesskanäle (F) und/oder Öffnungen (L) zum gleichmäßigen Verteilen des vor dem Aushärten flüssigen Harzmaterials (32) ausgebildet.
