Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'aiguille pour des rails standard d'un aiguillage à rail à gorge (1) composé d'un palier d'aiguille (9) d'une seule partie ou à plusieurs parties comprenant un lit d'aiguille (13) et recevant une lame d'aiguille (10) reliée au palier d'aiguille (9) de manière remplaçable, caractérisé en ce que la liaison est réalisée de sorte que la pointe immobile de la lame d'aiguille (10) est vissée à travers du pied d'aiguille (22) au palier d'aiguille (9).
- Dispositif d'aiguille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le palier d'aiguille (9) est fabriqué d'un seul bloc.
- Dispositif d'aiguille selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le palier d'aiguille (9) est composé d'un bloc ayant une structure bainitique et une qualité d'au moins 1200 N/mm2, le lit d'aiguille étant fraisé du bloc de sorte que la lame d'aiguille (10) est déplaçable sans plaques de glissement sur la surface de glissement (14) du lit d'aiguille (13).
- Dispositif d'aiguille selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le palier d'aiguille (9) est composé d'un acier pour rails comprenant le lit d'aiguille (13), une plaque de glissement en une matière anti-usure, notamment en hardox, présentant une qualité d'au moins 1200 N/mm2 étant encastrée au niveau du lit d'aiguille (13).
- Dispositif d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre de chauffage (15) est prévue au niveau du palier d'aiguille (9), notamment au-dessous du lit d'aiguille (13), des zones d'écoulement (18, 19) pour de l'eau qui a pénétré dans le lit d'aiguille (13) étant prévues du côté du lit d'aiguille à l'extérieur de la chambre de chauffage (15).
- Dispositif d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les vis (11') logées verticalement sont prévues au-dessous d'un couvercle amovible (12).
- Lame d'aiguille pour un aiguillage de rails à gorge à lit plat ou à lit profond (1) comprenant une zone stationnaire ainsi qu'une zone mobile, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la zone stationnaire est munie d'un pied d'aiguille (22) comprenant des trous de passage (23) quasi verticaux pou recevoir des éléments de fixation (11').
- Lame d'aiguille selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de la zone stationnaire présente environ la forme d'un L.
- Lame d'aiguille selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la branche horizontale (21) présente une longueur de sorte qu'elle reçoit complètement la tête des éléments de fixation (11').
- Lame d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la branche horizontale (21) est dirigée dans la direction du côté de roulement (24).
- Lame d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la branche verticale (26) est dirigée vers le côté d'arrêt (27).
- Lame d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la lame d'aiguille (10) est composée d'un acier pour des rails ou d'un acier austénitique au manganèse.
- Lame d'aiguille selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le profil de la lame d'aiguille (10) peut être formé par coulée ou par laminage ou par extrusion.
