Claims (10)
- Verpackung (1) mit mindestens zwei Speicherkammern (2, 4) zur Aufnahme zu verpackender Stoffe,
wobei die Speicherkammern (2, 4) jeweils durch einen Blisterabschnitt (2', 4') und einen Deckabschnitt (2'', 4'') begrenzt sind und zumindest teilweise miteinander in Verbindung bringbar sind, und
wobei zumindest einer der Blisterabschnitte (4') zumindest abschnittsweise eine Gasdurchlässigkeit, insbesondere eine Sauerstoffdurchlässigkeit besitzt, die größer ist als diejenige der übrigen Blisterabschnitte (2'),.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') aus einem Verbundmaterial (10) mit mindestens zwei Schichten (12, 14, 16) gebildet sind, wobei zumindest eine (14) der Schichten im wesentlichen
gasundurchlässig, insbesondere sauerstoffundurchlässig ist und eine geringere Bruchdehnung bei Zugbeanspruchung besitzt als die übrigen Schichten (12, 16). - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bruchdehnung der mindestens einen, im wesentlichen gasundurchlässigen Schicht (14) höchstens 50 %, bevorzugt höchstens 25 %, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 10 % derjenigen der übrigen Schichten (12, 16) beträgt.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') aus einem Metall-Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial, insbesondere einem Aluminium-Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial gebildet sind, wobei die mindestens eine, im wesentlichen gasundurchlässige Schicht (14) bevorzugt Metall aufweist.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') zumindest teilweise durch Verformung, insbesondere Tiefziehen ausgebildet sind, wobei bevorzugt der mindestens eine Blisterabschnitt (4') mit der größeren Gasdurchlässigkeit einen höheren Verformungsgrad besitzt als die übrigen Blisterabschnitte (2'). - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Blisterabschnitt (4') mit der größeren Gasdurchlässigkeit ein größeres Volumen (V) umschließt und/oder eine größere Höhe (h) besitzt als die übrigen Blisterabschnitte (2'). - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckabschnitte (2'', 4'') mit den Blisterabschnitten (2', 4') derart verbunden sind, dass die Siegelfestigkeit im Bereich (S) zwischen benachbarten Blisterabschnitten (2', 4') zumindest abschnittsweise geringer ist als an freien Rändern (R) der Blisterabschnitte (2', 4'). - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speicherkammern (2, 4) jeweils Komponenten von Haarpflege- und/oder Haarkosmetikmitteln enthalten, wobei die mindestens eine Speicherkammer (4) mit der größeren Gasdurchlässigkeit bevorzugt oxidierende Komponenten wie insbesondere Peroxid enthält. - Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit den Schritten:Bereitstellen eines Verbundmaterials (10),Ausbilden von mindestens zwei Blisterabschnitten (2', 4') in dem Verbundmaterial (10) durch Verformung derart, dass zumindest einer der Blisterabschnitte (4') zumindest abschnittsweise eine Gasdurchlässigkeit, insbesondere eine Sauerstoffdurchlässigkeit besitzt, die größer ist als diejenige der übrigen Blisterabschnitte (2'), undVerschließen der Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') mit mindestens einem Deckabschnitt (2'', 4'') , so dass zwischen diesen miteinander verbindbare Speicherkammern (2, 4) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausbilden der mindestens zwei Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') mittels Tiefziehen und/oder Warmverformung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blisterabschnitte (2', 4') und die Deckabschnitte (2'', 4'') durch eine Siegelnaht miteinander verbunden werden, die zumindest abschnittsweise peelfähig ist, insbesondere zwischen benachbarten Blisterabschnitten (2', 4').
