Claims (10)

  1. Abfallbehälter, aufweisend:
    eine Basis (10)
    einen Zylinder (20), welcher auf der Basis (10) montiert ist und zwei Öffnungen (21) definiert,
    eine Abdeckung (30), welche an dem Zylinder (20) schwenkbar montiert ist,
    ein Pedal (40), welches an dem Zylinder (20) schwenkbar montiert ist,
    ein Gestänge (50), welches zwischen der Abdeckung (30) und einem Innen-Element (42) des Pedals (40) vorgesehen ist,
    ein Außen-Element (41) des Pedals (40), welches außerhalb des Zylinders (20) angeordnet ist und mit zwei Enden (43) ausgebildet ist, welche in den Zylinder (20) durch die Öffnungen (21) hindurch eingesetzt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innen-Element (42), welches in dem Zylinder (20) angeordnet ist, mit zwei Enden ausgebildet ist, welche an die Enden (43) des Außen-Elements (41) angeschlossen sind.
  2. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Außen-Element (41) eine halbkreisförmige Struktur aufweist.
  3. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Innen-Element (42) eine halbkreisförmige Struktur aufweist.
  4. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Pedal (40) zwei Anschlüsse (44) zum Anschließen der Enden (43) des Außen-Elements (41) an die Enden des Innen-Elements (42) aufweist.
  5. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend zwei Lager (23), welche in die Öffnungen (21) zum Lagern der Enden (43) des Außen-Elements (41) des Pedals (40) eingepasst sind.
  6. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die Anschlüsse (44) eine L-förmige Konfiguration aufweisen.
  7. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 6, aufweisend Schrauben (45), welche in jeden Anschluss (44) eingetrieben sind.
  8. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend ein Anti-Rutsch-Element (70), welches an dem Außen-Element (41) des Pedals (40) montiert ist.
  9. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Gestänge (50) aufweist:
    eine Stange (51), welche ein oberes Ende (53), welches an der Abdeckung (30) angeschlossen ist, und ein unteres Ende (54) aufweist, und
    eine Welle (52), welche ein Quer-Hinter-Ende (55), welches an das untere Ende (54) der Stange (51) angeschlossen ist, und ein Quer-Vorder-Ende (56) aufweist, welches in Kontakt mit dem Innen-Element (42) des Pedals (40) steht.
  10. Abfallbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend ein Gelenk zum schwenkbaren Anschließen der Abdeckung (30) an dem Zylinder (20).
