Claims (10)
- Gurtwickler für eine Verdunkelungsvorrichtung wie einen Rolladen,
mit einem Gehäuse (1) und darin befindlich einer Haspel (2) zum Aufwickeln eines Gurtbandes (3), einer mit der Haspel (2) gekuppelten Motor-Getriebe-Anordnung (4) zum Antreiben der Haspel (2) und einem Einführkanal (5), vorzugsweise mit darin angeordneter Umlenkrolle (6), zum Einführen des Gurtbandes (3) in das Gehäuse (1),
wobei Sensoren (7; 8; 15) vorgesehen sind, durch die beim Erreichen vorgegebener Positionen einer angetriebenen Verdunkelungsvorrichtung entsprechende Abschaltsignale für die Motor-Getriebe-Anordnung (4) abgebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haspel (2) mit einer vorzugsweise mit einem Getriebezahnrad (21) versehenen Antriebsscheibe (22) verbunden oder einstückig ausgeführt ist, daß die Antriebsscheibe (22) auf der der Haspel (2) zugewandeten Vorderseite oder auf der von der Haspel (2) abgewandten Rückseite mit einer auf die Mitte zentrierten Schneckenrille (23) versehen ist und daß der Sensor (15) einen Schwenkhebel (16) aufweist, der mit einem Hebelarm (18) abtastend von der Schneckenrille (23) geführt ist und mit einem zweiten Hebelarm (19) einen Mikroschalter o. dgl. (20) betätigt. - Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (15) zur Erfassung von zwei verschiedenen Aufwicklungsdicken des Gurtbandes (3) ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise der größten Aufwicklungsdicke des Gurtbandes (3) zur Erfassung des oberen Endanschlags der Verdunkelungsvorrichtung und der geringsten Aufwicklungsdicke des Gurtbandes (3) zur Erfassung des unteren Endanschlags der Verdunkelungsvorrichtung, vorzugsweise, daß dem zweiten Hebelarm (19) zwei Mikroschalter o. dgl. (20; 20') für die beiden Aufwicklungsdicken des Gurtbandes (3) zugeordnet sind, weiter vorzugsweise, daß die beiden Mikroschalter o. dgl. (20; 20') beidseits einer Mittelstellung des zweiten Hebelarms (19) angeordnet sind und einander entgegengesetzte Betätigungsrichtungen aufweisen.
- Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein dritter Mikroschalter o. dgl. für eine zwischen den beiden Aufwicklungsdicken liegende mittlere Aufwicklungsdicke des Gurtbandes (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Gurtwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroschalter o. dgl. (20) bzw. die Mikroschalter (20; 20') zu Justierungszwecken einstellbar ist bzw. sind.
- Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Einstellbarkeit der jeweilige Mikroschalter (20; 20') oder ein mit dem Mikroschalter (20; 20') in Verbindung stehendes Betätigungselement an einem verstellbaren Trägerbauteil (24) angeordnet ist.
- Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit dem Trägerbauteil (24) in Eingriff stehende Rändelschraube (27) zur Verstellung des Trägerbauteils (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rändelschraube (27) ohne Demontage des Gehäuses (1) betätigbar ist und das Gehäuse (1) hierfür eine Öffnung aufweist.
- Gurtwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor (7) an der Bahn des Gurtbandes (3) im Gehäuse (1), vorzugsweise am Einführkanal (5), angeordnet ist und eine am Gurtband (3) an passender Stelle angeordnete Markierung (9) erfaßt, vorzugsweise, daß der Sensor (7) als Reedschalter ausgebildet ist, der eine magnetische Markierung (9), insbesondere in Form eines Klemmhalters am Gurtband (3) erfaßt oder daß der Sensor (7) als Mikroschalter ausgebildet ist, der eine auf dem Gurtband (3) körperlich auftragende Markierung (9), insbesondere in Form eines Klemmhalters am Gurtband (3), erfaßt.
- Gurtwickler nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gurtband (3) zwei Markierungen (9) an verschiedenen Stellen angebracht sind, so daß von ein und dem selben Sensor (7) zwei Positionen des Gurtbandes (3) und damit der Verdunkelungsvorrichtung erfaßbar sind.
- Gurtwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor (8) an der Bahn des Gurtbandes (3) im Gehäuse (1), vorzugsweise zwischen der Umlenkrolle (6) und der Haspel (2), angeordnet ist und den Spannungszustand des Gurtbandes (3) erfaßt (Schlappschalter), vorzugsweise, daß der Sensor (8) einen Schwenkhebel (10) aufweist, der mit einem Hebelarm (12), vorzugsweise federvorgespannt, am Gurtband (3) anliegt und mit einem zweiten Hebelarm (13) einen Mikroschalter o. dgl. (14) betätigt.
