Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of sports shoes. It has for object a sports shoe, especially a ski boot, comprising at least one closure and clamping device for bring two parts of the shoe together, comprising a first means tied to one of the parts of the shoe and a second means tied to the other part of the shoe and sticking to the first attachment means, one and / or the other of these means being linked to one of said parts of the shoe by a deformable element.
- Document FR 2 417 953 discloses a hull ski boot rigid comprising a clamping device having the following position a loop of steel wire, two different rigidities.
- the shoe has two hooking means cooperating with each other for bring two parts closer to the shoe.
- One of the means of attachment is attached directly to one part of the shoe, the other is linked to a other part of the shoe via a strap.
- This strap is made up of rings connected to each other and presents makes of its structure of elastic deformation properties.
- a loop in steel wire joining the two ends of the strap is mounted removably on it.
- connection of the attachment means to the shoe is rigid and allows a low flexion latitude of the skier's leg, and, when the buckle no longer joins the ends of the strap, the binding of the means snap to the shoe is flexible and allows great latitude to flexion of the skier's leg.
- Such a shoe allows swelling the instep of the user when performing movements of bending.
- the transmission of efforts of the foot to a gliding machine linked to the shoe is imprecise when the buckle does not join the ends of the strap and the driving of the machine is affected.
- a device for closing and tightening a ski boot comprising a lever articulated tooth tensioner on a part of a shoe and a buckle articulated on the other part of the shoe, the buckle being intended for come engage in the toothing of the lever.
- the loop consists of two U-shaped elements. A first element that is destined to come engage in the toothing of the tensioner lever, slide in a second element that is articulated on the shoe. Helical coil springs housed in the arms of the second element recall the first element in a rest position minimizing the length of the loop.
- Such device allows deformation of the shoe by deformation of the loops when the closing and clamping means are locked.
- the structure and, consequently, the realization of this device is complicated. This device uses in particular, small parts in movement relative to each other in an environment where it can form ice. The operation of this device is therefore delicate and unreliable.
- the object of the invention is to provide a sports shoe that overcomes disadvantages cited and showing an improvement over shoes known from the prior art.
- the invention proposes a shoe whose closing and tightening devices are reliable, have a simple structure and allow in a certain limits the swelling of the user's instep during movements bending of the leg.
- the sports shoe according to the invention is characterized in that the deformable element comprises at least one so-called semi-rigid band elastically deformable and at least one so-called rigid band.
- the rigid band advantageously comprises folds substantially transversal or vertical, allowing up to a certain deformation, easy deformation of the band urged in tension.
- the rigid band moves with respect to the shoe by through a connection using a light.
- At least one deformable element may comprise a semi-rigid band and a rigid band attached at one of their ends to the shoe and one of the attachment means to the other of their ends.
- At least one deformable element can comprise two sets comprising a semi-rigid band and a rigid band, both sets being linked to the shoe in two distinct points and being bound to the same attachment means.
- the ski boot 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, comprises mainly a rigid rod 3 consisting for example of material on which is articulated, in the malleolar region a necklace 2 also made of a rigid synthetic material.
- This shoe present at the front and back of its sole conformations him allowing to be fixed to a ski by means of a fixation.
- the rigid structure of the shoe constituted by the stem and the collar receives a liner of internal comfort 4 with tongue 5 allowing to spread the pressure of the shoe on the foot and lower leg of the user in the most uniform way possible.
- the collar 2 closes on the front of the user's leg with the two flaps 7 and 6, the flap 6 partially covering the flap 7.
- the rod 3 has on the top of the foot a notch closed by two flexible flaps 8 and 9 respectively linked to the rod on both sides of the notch.
- the flap 8 partially covers the flap 9.
- the collar comprises two means 10, 20 for closing and clamping to tighten this one around the lower leg of the user and to press the flap 6 on the flap 7.
- the stem comprises a means closing and tightening, bringing the two edges closer together opposite of the indentation and to flatten against the comfort slipper the flap 8 on the flap 9.
- the closure and clamping means 10, 20 of the collar comprise on the one hand a base fixed on the collar 2 on which is articulated a tensioning lever 11, 21 in pivot connection with a tie rod 12, 22 linked to a 13, 23 and on the other hand a rack 14, 24 fixed on the rod by through a deformable assembly 18, 28.
- Each set deformable is attached to the collar and to one of the racks 14, 24 by means of rivets.
- the means for closing and clamping the foot comprises on the one hand a base fixed on the rigid rod 3 on which is articulated a lever tensioner 31 in pivot connection with a tie rod 32 linked to a loop 33 and other part of a rack 34 fixed on the rigid rod 3 via two deformable assemblies 38, 38 '.
- Sets 38 and 38 ' are respectively fixed to the rod by means of rivets 37, 37 '. These two sets meet at the level of their common attachment to the rack 34.
- Each deformable assembly is similar to the assembly 18 shown unsolicited in FIG. 3.
- the assembly 18 comprises a semi-rigid band 16 and a rigid band 15.
- These bands have sections substantially rectangular, the length of which varies between approximately 22 mm and about 32 mm and whose height is between about 0.5 and about 1.5 mm.
- the rigid band does not have the same profile as the band semi-rigid. Indeed, the rigid band has folds 42 to 45. The folds allow the rigid band to deform (especially in flexion at these folds) relatively easily when it is stressed in tension at these ends. Once distorted at level of its folds, as shown in Figure 4, the rigid band becomes very difficult to deform when it is stressed in traction.
- This band may also have vertical folds (no represented), that is perpendicular to the folds 42 to 45.
- These bands may be made of different materials and in particular thermoplastic polymers, of thermoplastic elastomers, polyamides, of polyolefin, of thermosetting polymers, polyurethane, in natural or synthetic gum, in fabrics or reinforcements impregnated. They may in particular be obtained by overinjection by example on plastic or metallic material.
- the assembly 18 comprises at its ends holes 40 and 41 it allowing to be assembled to the shoe and the rack by means of rivets.
- one of the attachment means is connected to the shoe via a deformable assembly 58, composed of a semi-rigid band 56 and a rigid band 55.
- the semi-rigid band 56 is attached to the shoe by a rivet 57 and the rigid band 55 is connected to the shoe by through the same rivet 57 through a light 59 of the band Rigid 55.
- This light allows the rigid band very little deformable to accompany the movement of deformation and lengthening of the semi-rigid strip 56 in case of pulling the assembly 58 in moving relative to the shoe via light 59.
- the rigid band 55 is not very deformable and can no longer move then imposes on the set 58 a new behavior overall dimension, while the semi-rigid band 56 could still deform.
- the rigid band is always indeformable, contrary to the previous mode of execution, and its displacement associated with the deformable semi-rigid band gives a result equivalent to a deformable set up to a certain threshold.
- An unrepresented variant of this embodiment consists of placing this particular link with light at the link between the deformable assembly 58 and the attachment means.
- FIG. 7 illustrates a third embodiment of the similar invention to the previous in which a deformable assembly 58 consists of a rigid strip 55 connected to the shoe by a light 59 crossed by a rivet 57.
- the assembly 58 further comprises a semi-rigid band 56 positioned in the light 59, fixed on the one hand to the rivet 57 and on the other hand to the rigid band 55.
- the semi-rigid strip 56 will deform, compressing itself on the example illustrated in Figure 8, while the rigid band 55 will move by compared to the shoe through the light 59.
- the rivet 57 reaches a more extreme position within the light 59, the whole will lose its deformable character.
- a sports shoe equipped with such sets has a particular behavior when the user flexes his leg. Indeed, bending movements tend to inflate the volume of feet and these swellings are allowed by the deformation of deformable assemblies.
- the deformation of the shoe is in a first time held mainly by the semi-rigid bands more elastic bands than the rigid bands, then, in a second time, when the rigid bands have been deformed (especially at the level of their folds) or displaced, mainly by rigid bands that do not deform and / or move significantly more under the efforts of swelling of the shoe.
- a slip sport shoe of this type is comfortable and allows to correctly transmit the efforts to a gliding apparatus to which it is linked.
- the semi-rigid bands ensure a recall function in the manner of a spring.
