Claims (13)

  1. Appareil diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur pour le dégagement de rayonnement de chaleur pour l'émission de lumière comprenant
    . au moins un diffuseur de chaleur (1) dégageant du rayonnement de chaleur, en particulier du rayonnement infrarouge et
    . au moins un élément d'éclairage (2) émettant de la lumière,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le diffuseur de chaleur (1) est disposé dans un premier boîtier (3) et l'élément d'éclairage (2) est disposé de façon à pouvoir tourner par rapport au premier boîtier (3) au moins autour d'un sens de rotation (D).
  2. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éclairage (2) est disposé dans un second boîtier (4), le second boîtier (4) étant relié au premier boîtier (3) de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'au moins un sens de rotation (D).
  3. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éclairage (2) est une lampe encastrée, qui est maintenue dans une fixation insérée dans le premier boîtier (3), laquelle peut tourner autour d'au moins un sens de rotation (D) par rapport au premier boîtier (3).
  4. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier boîtier (3) et le second boîtier (4) sont reliés à l'élément de fixation (5) de façon à faire tourner autour du sens de rotation (D).
  5. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier boîtier (3) et le second boîtier (4) sont disposés dans un boîtier de diffuseur et sont maintenus dans une fixation pouvant tourner autour du sens de rotation.
  6. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diffuseur de chaleur (1) est logé dans le premier boîtier (3) de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'au moins un axe.
  7. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éclairage (2) est logé dans le second boîtier (4) de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'au moins un axe.
  8. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (5) présente deux supports de palier (6) entre lesquels le premier boîtier (3) et/ou le second boîtier (4) est/sont logé(s) de façon rotative.
  9. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (5) est formé par un support conçu en U, les supports de palier (6) étant formés chacun par une branche du support.
  10. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre premier boîtier (3) et/ou un autre second boîtier (4) avec un autre diffuseur de chaleur (1) et/ou un autre diffuseur de chaleur (2) sont disposés au moins à côté de l'un des supports de palier (6) sur le côté opposé au support de palier (6) opposé.
  11. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éclairage (2) est une lampe halogène.
  12. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diffuseur de chaleur (1) et/ou l'élément d'éclairage (2) peut/peuvent être activé(s) ou désactivé(s) au moyen d'un commutateur.
  13. Diffuseur de lumière et de chaleur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le commutateur peut être télécommandé, en particulier au moyen d'une télécommande radio.
