Abstract

Selon l'invention, les données textes (2) sont converties en informations parlées au moyen d'un logiciel et d'un matériel de synthétisation vocale connus, et la configuration préalable de paramètres (13) stockés dans un module mémoire (14) permet d'automatiser la sélection des données textes (2) à envoyer et leur transmission à l'installation d'abonné (8) lorsque cette dernière (8) fonctionne et qu'elle est en communication avec le système de banque de données (3).
