Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour fabriquer des brosses en insérant des fibres dans un corps de brosse, ledit dispositif étant constitué principalement par un outil de remplissage et par plusieurs conduits d'alimentation (3), caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, entre chaque conduit d'alimentation (3) et l'outil de remplissage (7), au moins un moyen d'arrondissement (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'arrondissement (16) sont respectivement situés à l'opposé d'un dispositif de retrait de faisceau (5) qui est constitué par un logement (9) comprenant une ouverture (10) dans laquelle on prévoit un corps (13) qui se déplace de manière adéquate, qui comprend des rainures (14) dans son bord externe pour prélever des fibres (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le logement susmentionné (9) comprend une ouverture (11) qui est prévue à l'opposé d'une extrémité éloignée d'un des conduits d'alimentation (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, entre les différents dispositifs de retrait de faisceaux (5) et l'outil de remplissage susmentionné (7), un dispositif de distribution (6) comprenant au moins une cartouche (24-25) munie d'au moins un évidement (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de distribution susmentionné (6) comprend un logement (21) qui forme un tout avec le logement (9) des dispositifs de retrait de faisceaux susmentionnés (5), une ouverture (12) étant prévue dans ce logement (9-21), à l'opposé de chacun des dispositifs de retrait de faisceaux (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, à l'opposé de chacune des ouvertures susmentionnées (12) dans le logement (9-21), on prévoit un guide (19), ce guide (19) possédant un bord (20) qui est orienté en inclinaison par rapport à la direction de mouvement du corps mobile (13) du dispositif de retrait de faisceau (5) concerné.
- Procédé de fabrication de brosses, qui peut être appliqué conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes., par lequel des fibres sont appliquées dans au moins un conduit d'alimentation et sont présentées à un outil de remplissage qui insère les fibres dans un corps de brosse, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (4) sont présentées à partir de chaque conduit d'alimentation (3) à un moyen d'arrondissement (16) avant de les présenter à l'outil de remplissage (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (4) de chaque conduit d'alimentation (3) sont chargées dans des rainures (14) d'un corps mobile (13), en déplaçant le corps (13) de telle sorte que la rainure (14) concernée est présentée au conduit d'alimentation (3) concerné qui est muni de moyens de compression (8) qui poussent les fibres (4) dans la rainure (14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (4) qui sont chargées dans la rainure susmentionnée (14) sont présentées au moyen d'arrondissement (16) en déplaçant le corps cylindrique (13).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (4) sont déchargées de chacune des rainures susmentionnées (14) dans des évidements (26) qui sont prévus dans des cartouches (24-25) d'un dispositif de distribution (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (4) sont retirées de la rainure susmentionnée (14) au moyen d'un guide (19) qui est muni d'un bord incliné (20) afin de déplacer les fibres (4) hors de la rainure (14) concernée dans un des évidements (26) dans les cartouches susmentionnées (24-25) du dispositif de distribution (6).
