Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the technical field of shoes, and more particularly to the field of footwear for racquet sports.
  • Such shoes are subject to significant mechanical stress, especially when playing tennis, badminton, squash or other.
  • the present invention relates more particularly to a soleplate intended for such shoes, because it is the one that absorbs extreme forces and stresses, while ensuring optimum comfort for the wearers of these shoes.
  • shoe soles for example for sports shoes having a sole whose outer face is intended to come into contact with the ground and whose inner face is intended to come into contact with the foot of a shoe. user.
  • Footwear equipped with such a sole are also known to house a dynamic, elastically deformable member.
  • the document EP 0 516 874 discloses a shoe whose front portion of the sole is provided with an insert, the Belleville washer type, for storing and returning energy during walking.
  • Such a sole is in no way suitable for sports like tennis or squash, in which the solicitation of the sole and the shoe are extremely more intense and distributed differently than in a conventional walking shoe, such as that described in this document.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole for extreme use, in which the lateral supports of said sole are highly stressed, and to assist the return of the sole and the foot in a substantially normal position or antagonist in which the lateral supports are less stressed.
  • the invention relates to a shoe according to claim 1 attached.
  • Advantageous embodiments are the subject of claims 2 to 6.
  • An advantage of the shoe according to the invention lies in mechanical assistance to the reactivity of the forefoot.
  • the shoe according to the present invention thus allows a lateral dynamic assistance to the responsiveness of the forefoot, promoting an easier and faster recovery during support phases.
  • the dynamic member makes it possible to react, at the level of the forefoot, the ground support portions in opposition. On both sides of the metatarsal support zone, the support parts are thus for one compressed, for the other released.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a shoe comprising a sole having one of the above characteristics.
  • Footwear 10 or footwear for racquet sports according to the present invention shown in perspective at the figure 1 is a shoe particularly intended to be used during the practice of sports such as tennis, squash or even badminton, that is to say, sports for which the athlete uses a racket.
  • the shoe 10 incorporates a sole as shown in FIG. figure 2 and which comprises for example an outer layer 1.
  • the latter comprises an outer face 1a intended to come into contact with the ground and an inner face 1b.
  • the outer face 1a may be covered with different coatings likely to improve its adhesion to the ground.
  • the sole of the figure 1 also comprises an intermediate layer 2 intended to be positioned on the outer layer 1, and on which is positioned a complementary sole called cleanliness (not shown).
  • This intermediate layer has an inner face 2b intended to come into contact with the user's foot.
  • the outer layer 1 may also be locally provided with rising edges 1c, 1d between which is positioned the intermediate layer 2.
  • the dynamic member takes the form of a stimulus plate 3 positioned in the sole, in a level which is a function of the internal structure of the sole.
  • the function of this plate is independent of the number of layers involved in the composition of the sole, it is important that the player can support this plate during his game, and in particular during the lateral movements of stimulus.
  • the recovery plate 3 realizing a dynamic member of the sole.
  • a dynamic organ makes it possible to store and restore energy resulting from significant mechanical support and stresses of the boot and consequently of the sole.
  • the recovery plate 3 is for example fixed by gluing on the inner face 1b.
  • the intermediate layer 2 is attached to the outer layer 1, and more particularly fixed on the inner face 1a of the latter, so as to produce the sole according to the invention.
  • the outer layer 1 and the intermediate layer 2 are at least locally separated, in particular in the vicinity of the recovery plate 3.
  • the intermediate layer 2 is fixed on the outer layer 1 at a portion 1e forming the heel of the sole and at the periphery or the rising edges 1c, 1d of a front portion 1f.
  • the stimulus plate 3 shown in particular in Figures 2 and 3 , comprises four branches 4, 5, 6 and 7 interconnected and defining for example an X shape.
  • Each of the branches 4, 5, 6 and 7 bears on a pad 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a corresponding, located on and adjacent the periphery of the inner face 1b.
  • the pads 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a thus define four zones of lateral support on the ground, on the inner face 1b.
  • Each pad 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a is for example constituted by a compressible piece attached to the inner face 1b. (Cf. Figures 5 and 6 ).
  • each of the pads can be made by a slight deformation, overthickness or release of material in the inner face 1b, for positioning the ends of the branches 4, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
  • pads 4a to 7a may alternatively, not be located below the branches, but be located above the branches of the plate.
  • the stimulus plate 3 preferably has a central portion 8 extending longitudinally with respect to a longitudinal axis L of the sole.
  • the branches 4, 5, 6 and 7 extend obliquely towards the corresponding pads 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a, from said central portion 8.
  • the branches 4 to 7 extend on either side of the longitudinal axis defined by the support zone of the metatarsal so that the pads are located on either side of this axis. It is thus defined two pairs of pads, one constituted by the pads 4a and 5a, and the other by the pads 6a and 7a. Inside each of these pairs, the pads interact in opposition to allow the lateral recovery of the foot.
  • the central portion 8 also has a transverse groove 9, extending in the sole, following an area corresponding to the positioning of the metatarsal, when the stimulus plate 3 is fixed on the inner face 1b.
  • This groove 9 thus allows elastic deformation of the stimulus plate 3, along an axis substantially normal to the longitudinal axis L and coinciding with said groove 9.
  • the recovery plate 3 also has, according to an exemplary embodiment, oversize 3a.
  • the extra thicknesses 3a are made of a material whose elasticity allows deformation during the compression of one or more of the branches 4 to 7, and promotes the return to the initial position.
  • the extra thicknesses are for example thinned in the central part or even bent to promote the compression / expansion function of the stimulus plate.
  • This compression / expansion function can also be promoted by multiplying the lateral points of support, for example by increasing the number of branches of the stimulus plate. This makes it possible to obtain an increasingly local reaction to the stresses, and even a certain progressivity in this reaction. This function can still be achieved by providing recesses in the stimulus plate.
  • the outer layer 1 is for example provided with openings 10 and 11, in which are engaged and position the extra thicknesses 3a.
  • the openings 10 and 11 may advantageously be covered or filled with a transparent material, making it possible to visualize through the outer layer 1 at least a portion of the stimulus plate 3.
  • the outer layer 1 may also be provided with complementary transparent zones, facing the pads 4a, 5a, 6a and 7a or ends of the branches 4, 5, 6, 7, so as to visualize by the outer face 1a, the zones corresponding to the lateral supports.
  • the recovery plate 3 is for example metallic or made from a high performance plastic material, or even composite materials.
  • the intermediate layer 2, as well as the outer layer 1 are for example made of rubber.
  • the intermediate layer 2 may be provided with slots located opposite the branches 4, 5, 6, 7, in which are positioned inserts made of highly elastic and deformable materials (for example of the elastomeric type, polyurethane .. .).
  • the inserts of complementary shape to the lights preferably have shapes that are identical or similar to the shapes of the branches 4, 5, 6 and 7.
  • the sole may be reduced to a single stratum, for example consist solely of the outer layer 1 and the stimulus plate and the pads are embedded therein.
  • the stimulus plate 3 extends in a substantially flat manner as shown schematically in FIG. figure 6 .
  • the branch 7 is elastically deformed along the arrow D and compresses the pad 7a.
  • the branch 5 deforms elastically and antagonistly following the arrow and relaxes the pad 5a.
  • the pad 6a opposite the pad 7a is released.
  • the sole thus accompanies the movement of the foot, especially when the latter exerts lateral support on the sole.
  • the energy stored by the solicitation of the stimulus plate 3 can assist the foot for a return to another position or a rest position as soon as the aforementioned lateral supports stop.
  • Each lateral support exerted by the foot can thus be reflected on one of the branches 4, 5, 6, 7 and can thus be assisted by the operation of the stimulus plate 3.
  • the branches 4 to 7 of the stimulus plate 3 are for example come together material.
  • the stimulus plate is obtained by fixing one on the other, two V-shaped parts mounted in opposition.
