Abstract

Reinigungsgerät für plane Flächen mit einer Pumpeinrichtung (8) zur Förderung einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus einem Tank (9) und gezielter Abgabe über einen Sprühkopf (10) auf die zu reinigende Fläche, mit einer Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) an einem Handgriff und einer mit einem Handgriff verbundenen Reinigungsplatte (23), wobei ein erster Handgriff (3) an der Reinigungsplatte (23) mit Pumpeinrichtung (8), Tank (9) und Sprühkopf (10) vorgesehen ist und dieser Handgriff (3) mit einer Aufnahme (4) für einen zweiten an einer Verlängerung (5) angeordneten Handgriff (6) versehen ist, und beide Handgriffe (3, 6) jeweils mit einer auf die Pumpeinrichtung (8) wirkenden Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) ausgestattet sind (Fig. 1).

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Reinigungsgerät für plane Flächen, insbesondere für den Haushaltsbereich, mit einer Reinigungsplatte, die mit mindestens einem Griff verbunden ist, einer Pumpeinrichtung zur Förderung einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus einem Tank, einer an dem Griff angeordneten Pumpbetätigung und einem oberhalb der Reinigungsplatte angeordnetem Gehäuse Solche Geräte werden sehr gerne zur Reinigung von Fenstern oder anderen planen, glatten Flächen in der Küche und im Badbereich benutzt. Ein weiteres Einsatzgebiet ist das Reinigen von Kraftfahrzeugscheiben. Auch für die Reinigung von Fußböden finden diese Geräte Verwendung.
Es gibt Reinigungsgeräte für Bodenflächen (WO 01/72195) bei denen an einem Stiel ein Tank montiert ist, der über eine Pumpeinrichtung Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf die zu reinigende Fläche abgeben kann. An dem Stiel ist im unteren Bereich eine Reinigungsplatte mit dem Stiel verbunden, so dass der Verwender in einer stehenden Position großflächige Wischbewegungen ausführen kann. Dieses Reinigungsgerät besitzt jedoch den Nachteil, dass eine gezielte Führung zur Reinigung kleinerer Flächen aufgrund des großen Tanks und des langen Stiels schlecht möglich ist und zudem die Abgabe der Reinigungsflüssigkeit nur ungenau gesteuert werden kann.
Durch das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster 85 29 619 ist ein Handgerät zum Reinigen von Flächen, insbesondere von Scheiben bekannt, bei dem ein Reinigungsflüssigkeits-Aufnahmebehälter im Handgriffteil integriert ist und diese Reinigungsflüssigkeit über ein Pump-Sprüh-System auf die zu reinigende Fläche sprühbar ist. Zusätzlich ist ein Reinigungsteil mit einem schwammartigen Reinigungselement an dem Handgriff angeordnet. Dieses Gerät eignet sich allerdings nur zur Reinigung von Flächen, die im Arm-Griffbereich liegen und es ist keine Reinigungsplatte vorgesehen, die für das Wischen größerer Flächen geeignet ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Reinigungsgerät für plane Flächen zu schaffen, mit dem gezielt eine Reinigungsfläche mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit versorgt werden kann und mit dem beide Einsatzgebiete abgedeckt werden können, nämlich im unmittelbaren Arm-Griffbereich als auch bei entfernter liegenden Bodenflächen.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Reinigungsgerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Erfindungsgemäß ist an dem Gehäuse des Reinigungsgerätes ein Sprühkopf vorgesehen und über die Pumpbetätigung gibt der Sprühkopf gezielt Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf eine zu reinigende Fläche benachbart zu der Reinigungsplatte ab. Der Verwender kann somit gezielt Verschmutzungen auf der zu reinigenden Fläche abgeben.
Vorzugsweise ist der Sprühkopf für einen einfachen Aufbau des Reinigungsgerätes in einer Aufnahme zwischen zwei Gehäusehälften gehalten.
Um die Menge an aufzusprühender Flüssigkeit manuell steuern zu können, weist die Pumpeinrichtung eine Druckkammer auf und zum Aussprühen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit über die Pumpbetätigung ist ein Druck in der Druckkammer erzeugbar.
Für einen kompakten Aufbau des Reinigungsgerätes ist der Tank zwischen der Reinigungsplatte und dem darüber angeordnetem Gehäuse gehalten und damit weitgehend verdeckt und geschützt angeordnet. Ferner wird eine ausgewogene Handhabung dadurch erreicht, dass der Tank mit daran angeschlossener Pumpeinrichtung unmittelbar hinter der Reinigungsplatte angeordnet ist, also an der zu reinigenden Fläche ein Abstützen stattfinden kann.
Für einen universellen Einsatz sowohl an Bodenflächen als auch für Fenster ist ein erster Griff an dem Gehäuse angeformt ist und dieser Griff mit einer Aufnahme für einen zweiten, an einer Verlängerung angeordneten Griff versehen ist, wobei beide Griffe jeweils mit einer auf die Pumpeinrichtung wirkenden Pumpbetätigung ausgestattet sind. Der Verwender kann somit frei wählen, in welcher Ausführung er das Reinigungsgerät einsetzen will, beispielsweise als wendiges Handgerät für niedrig angeordnete Fensterscheiben, Spiegel, Duschkabinen oder mit Verlängerungsstiel für hohe Fensterscheiben, plane Flächen im Badezimmer und Fußböden.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an dem Gehäuse an gegenüberliegenden Seiten hervorstehende Tuchklemmen zur Befestigung eines Wischtuches angeformt. Dadurch lassen sich für den jeweiligen Einsatz entsprechende Wischtücher auswechselbar festklemmen, die dann auch gewaschen und ersetzt werden können.
Für einen mechanisch einfachen Aufbau ist die Pumpbetätigung des ersten Handgriffes über einen Kolbenhebel und die Pumpbetätigung des zweiten Handgriffes über eine Kolbenstange mit der Pumpeinrichtung verbunden. Dabei kann die Kolbenstange in einem Rohr geführt sein und ein Adapter zur Verbindung mit der Pumpeinrichtung vorgesehen sein. Dabei ist die Pumpeinrichtung mit ihrer Kolbenseite zum Ende des Handgriffes angeordnet, so dass eine doppelte Beaufschlagung sowohl über den Griffhebel des ersten Handgriffes, also bei Nutzung als kompaktes Handgerät, als auch eine Betätigung über eine Kolbenstange zu einem Sprühhebel in einem zweiten Handgriff am Ende der Stielverlängerung möglich ist.
Vorzugsweise ist an der Reinigungsplatte eine Gummilippe zum Abstreichen von Flüssigkeit festgelegt, so dass sich das Reinigungsgerät auch besonders gut für die Fensterreinigung einsetzen lässt.
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Das Reinigungsgerät 1 umfasst einenm Handwischer 2 mit einem ersten Handgriff 3, der in einer Aufnahme 4 eine Verlängerung 5 mit einem zweiten Handgriff 6 aufnimmt. Der Handgriff 3 ist mit einer Reinigungsplatte 7 verbunden und umfasst ein mehrteiliges Gehäuse 18, 20 in dem eine Pumpeinrichtung 8 ein Tank 9 und ein Sprühkopf 10 aufgenommen sind.
Die Pumpeinrichtung 8 wird über eine Pumpbetätigung in Form eines Griffhebels 11 über einen Kolbenhebel 12 ausgelöst.
In dieser Form wird das Reinigungsgerät als Handwischer benutzt.
Zur Bearbeitung beziehungsweise Reinigung von höheren Flächen oder Fußböden nimmt der Handgriff 3 in seiner Aufnahme 4 eine Verlängerung 5 in Form eines Rohres auf. Diese Verlängerung 5 endet im Handgriff 6. An diesem ist zur Pumpbetätigung ein Sprühhebel 13 gelagert, der eine Kolbenstange 14 beaufschlagt, die über einen Adapter 15 auf die Pumpeinrichtung 8 wirkt. Die Kolbenstange 14 ist über Schaumstoffteile 16 in der Verlängerung 5 geführt. Diese Schaumstoffteile 16 wirken zudem versteifend, so dass die Kolbenstange 14 recht dünn ausgeführt werden kann.
Während Fig. 1 die Konfiguration eines Reinigungsgerätes als Fußboden- und Fensterwischer für höhere Fenster darstellt, zeigt Fig. 2 das Reinigungsgerät als Handwischer. Der Handgriff 3 ist ausgehend von einer geschlossenen Aufnahmehülse 17 in Längsrichtung geteilt und integral mit Gehäusehälften 18 und 20 verbunden. Dabei ist an der Gehäusehälfte 18 die Aufnahmehülse 17 und eine Hälfte der Deckplatte 19 und an der anderen Hälfte die Deckplattenhälfte 21 angeformt. Zwischen der Deckplatte 19 und einer Bodenplatte 21, zusammen die Reinigungsplatte 7 bildend, ist der Tank 9 angeordnet. Der Tank 9 durchdringt mit einem Hals 24 die Deckplatte 19 und wird über einen Tankdeckel 25 verschlossen. Ferner ist die Sprühdüse in einer Aufnahme 31 gehalten, die zwischen den Gehäusehälften 18 und 20 fixiert ist.
Eine zwischen der Deckplatte 19 und der Bodenplatte 22 eingespannte Gummilippe 26 dient zum Abziehen von Flüssigkeit auf ebenen Flächen. Die Gummilippe 26 steht nach vorne hervor und kann durch entsprechendes Verschwenken des Reinigungsgerätes in Kontakt mit einer Fläche gebracht werden.
Die Deckplattenhälften 20 und 21 sind mit integral ausgebildeten gegenüber der Bodenplatte 21 hervorstehenden Tuchklemmen 27 versehen, die zum Fixieren verschiedener Wischtücher dienen.
Der Tank 9 ist über ein Schlauchstück 28 mit der Pumpeinrichtung 8 und über ein Ventil 29 mit dem Sprühkopf 10 verbunden.

Claims (9)

  1. Reinigungsgerät für plane Flächen, insbesondere für den Haushaltsbereich, mit einer Reinigungsplatte (7), die mit mindestens einem Griff (3, 6) verbunden ist, einer Pumpeinrichtung (8) zur Förderung einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus einem Tank (9), einer an dem Griff (3, 6) angeordneten Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) und einem oberhalb der Reinigungsplatte (7) angeordnetem Gehäuse (18, 20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Gehäuse (18, 20) ein Sprühkopf (10) vorgesehen ist und über die Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) der Sprühkopf (10) gezielt Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf eine zu reinigende Fläche benachbart zu der Reinigungsplatte (7) abgibt.
  2. Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sprühkopf (10) in einer Aufnahme zwischen zwei Gehäusehälften (18, 20) gehalten ist.
  3. Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpeinrichtung (8) eine Druckkammer aufweist und zum Aussprühen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit über die Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) ein Druck in der Druckkammer erzeugbar ist.
  4. Reinigungsgerät nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tank (9) zwischen der Reinigungsplatte (7) und dem darüber angeordnetem Gehäuse (18, 20) gehalten ist.
  5. Reinigungsgerät nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Griff (3) an dem Gehäuse (18, 20) angeformt ist und dieser Griff (3) mit einer Aufnahme (4) für einen zweiten, an einer Verlängerung (5) angeordneten Griff (6) versehen ist, wobei beide Griffe (3, 6) jeweils mit einer auf die Pumpeinrichtung wirkenden Pumpbetätigung (11, 13) ausgestattet sind.
  6. Reinigungsgerät nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Gehäuse (18, 20) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten hervorstehende Tuchklemmen (27) zur Befestigung eines Wischtuches angeformt sind.
  7. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpbetätigung (11) des ersten Handgriffes (3) über einen Kolbenhebel (12) und die Pumpbetätigung (13) des zweiten Handgriffes (6) über eine Kolbenstange (14) mit der Pumpeinrichtung (8) verbunden sind.
  8. Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (14) in einem Rohr (5) geführt ist und ein Adapter (15) zur Verbindung mit der Pumpeinrichtung (8) angebracht ist.
  9. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Reinigungsplatte (7) eine Gummilippe (26) zum Abstreichen von Flüssigkeit festgelegt ist.
