Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour le service d'un dispositif pour déposer un non-tissé de fibres de longueur limitée par le procéde air-laid, le dispositif se composant d'un tambour de pose (3) tournant, qui a une chemise perméable aux fibres et qui est pénétrée radialement par un courant d'air dans la direction d'un convoyeur sans fin (2) portant le non-tissé à être déposé et passant en avant le long du tambour de pose (3), les fibres à déposer comme non-tissé étant fourni centralement à la face dans la direction axiale du tambour de pose (3), caractérisée en ce que les fibres sont fournies centralement aux deux faces du tambour de pose (3).
  2. Dispositif pour déposer un non-tissé de fibres de longueur limitée ainsi que de fibres en cellulose par le procéde air-laid avec un tambour de pose (3) perméable soutenue d'une manière tournante dans un boîtier (1) avec une ouverture (10) centrale à la face pour l'approvisionnement des fibres, le tambour de pose (3) étant arrangé au-dessus d'un convoyeur sans fin (2) portant le non-tissé à déposer, qui est combiné avec une caisse d'aspiration (15) en-dessous pour l'aspiration de l'air (16) radialement amené au-dessus du tambour de pose (3), caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (10) frontales pour l'approvisionnement des fibres dans le tambour de pose (3) sont arrangées des deux côtés.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe du tambour de pose (3) est conçu en tant que tuyau d'approvisionnement de fibres (8).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux faces du tambour de pose (3) sont pourvues d'une ouverture centrale d'approvisionnement de fibres (10) pour l'approvisionnement de fibres l'une vers l'autre.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que un tambour de peignes (9) est soutenu centralement dans l'axe creux (6) du tambour de pose (3), le tambour de peignes se composant des plaques frontales (11, 12) circulaires soutenues dans le boîtier (1) qui sont fournis aux bords externes jusqu'à la surface intérieure de la chemise du tambour de pose (3) de peignes (13, 14) se dirigeant axialement à l'extérieur à travers toute la longueur du tambour de pose (3).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'approvisionnement de fibres (10) consiste en l'axe (8) du tambour de peignes (9) et que le tambour de pose (3) est supporté de manière permettant la rotation sur l'extérieur du tuyau d'approvisionnement de fibres (8).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de peignes (9) est entraîné d'une vitesse relative au tambour de pose (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs tambours de pose individuels sont arrangés l'un après l'autre dans une ligne de pose de non-tissé complète.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les unités de tambour de pose sont simplement séparées entre elles par une paroi (19) du boîtier (1).
