Abstract

Ein Brenner besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Drallerzeuger (1) für einen Verbrennungsluftstrom (11), einem Drallraum (2) und Mitteln zur Einbringung von Brennstoff in den Verbrennungsluftstrom, wobei der Drallerzeuger (1) Brennluft-Eintrittsöffnungen (4) für den tangential in den Drallraum (2) eintretenden Verbrennungsluftstrom aufweist. Die Mittel zur Einbringung von Brennstoff in den Verbrennungsluftstrom umfassen wenigstens eine erste Brennstoffzuführung (5) mit einer ersten Gruppe von im Wesentlichen in Richtung einer Brennerachse (3) angeordneten Brennstoff-Austrittsöffnungen (6) für eine erste Vormischbrennstoffmenge (P1) sowie eine oder mehrere zweite Brennstoffzuführungen (7) mit einer zweiten Gruppe von im Wesentlichen in Richtung der Brennerachse (3) angeordneten Brennstoff-Austrittsöffnungen (8) für eine zweite Brennstoffmenge (P2). Die zweiten Brennstoffzuführungen (7) sind unabhängig von den ersten Brennstoffzuführungen (5) mit Brennstoff beaufschlagbar. In dem Drallraum (2) ist ein Innenkörper (9) angeordnet, wobei die Brennstoff-Austrittsöffnungen (8) wenigstens einer zweiten Brennstoffzuführung (7) im Wesentlichen in Richtung der Brennerachse (3) verteilt auf dem Innenkörper (9) angeordnet sind.
