Claims (6)
- Four domestique, équipé d'un ensemble de chauffage électrique (4) pour chauffer la chambre du four (3), du type utilisant la convection d'un courant d'air chaud (6) généré au moyen d'une résistance électrique plate (12), le four (1) comprenant une paroi arrière (2) et un certain nombre de parois de chambre adjacentes (2a), un ventilateur de convection (8, 9, 10) présentant un moteur (9) et un arbre rotatif (10), au moins un panneau (11) pour supporter la résistance chauffante (12), et des moyens (7a, 13a) pour connecter le ventilateur (8, 9, 10) et ledit au moins un panneau (11) auxdites parois (2, 2a), dans lequel un courant d'air chaud (6) est forcé et distribué à travers la chambre du four (3) au moyen d'une conduite composée desdites parois (2, 2a) et dudit au moins un panneau (11), dans lequel l'ensemble de chauffage (4) est muni d'un seul panneau (11) pour supporter la résistance électrique (12), qui est substantiellement plate et agencée en parallèle à la paroi arrière (2), en étant séparée de cette dernière par une largeur d'espacement W donnée, caractérisé en ce que la résistance électrique (12) est annulaire, le ventilateur de convection (8, 9, 10) est monté au centre de la paroi arrière (2), l'ensemble de chauffage (4) est muni d'un dispositif (7) pour accoupler aussi bien le ventilateur (8) et son moteur (9) que ledit au moins un panneau (11), comme un seul moyen de support de l'ensemble de chauffage (4) sur la paroi arrière (2), de manière à ce que l'ensemble de chauffage (4) soit construit comme un sous-ensemble (7 à 10) qui peut être monté globalement au cours d'une seule opération directement sur la paroi arrière (2) de la chambre.
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif (7) pour accoupler et supporter l'ensemble de chauffage (4) est muni d'une plaque centrale (7a) fixée à la paroi arrière (2) de la chambre, et de moyens (13, 14) pour accoupler ledit au moins un panneau (11) à ladite plaque centrale (7a) séparée de ce dernier par ladite largeur d'espacement "W", formant ainsi une conduite pour forcer un courant d'air entre ladite paroi arrière (2) et ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif (7) accouplant et supportant l'ensemble de chauffage (4) est muni d'une plaque centrale (7a) fixée à la paroi arrière (2) de la chambre et d'un certain nombre de bras radiaux (13) étendus dans la direction de la chambre (3) supportant ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12) séparé par ladite largeur d'espacement "W" de la paroi arrière, formant une conduite pour forcer ledit courant d'air (6) entre ladite paroi arrière (2) et ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12) présente une ouverture centrale (11c) dans laquelle est interposé le plan de rotation des aubes radiales du ventilateur de convection (8), séparé de la paroi arrière (2) par son arbre rotatif (10) pour forcer le courant d'air (6) contre les deux faces dudit au moins un panneau (11, 12).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12) prend la forme d'une plaque plate munie d'une ouverture centrale (11c) pour l'interposition des aubes tournantes du ventilateur (8) et d'un bord périphérique (13a) pour son support au moyen dudit ensemble de chauffage accouplant le dispositif (7).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un panneau (11, 12) supportant la résistance électrique (12) prend la forme d'une feuille de substrat métallique (11) avec deux surfaces chauffantes avant (11a) et arrière (11b) et la résistance électrique (12) est du type comprenant une couche épaisse déposée sur une surface (11a, 11 b), et avec une ouverture centrale (11c) dans le substrat chauffant dans lequel le plan de rotation des aubes de ventilateur (8) est interposé, de sorte que le courant d'air (5, 6) généré par le ventilateur (8) est chauffé sur les deux surfaces (11a, 11b) de la feuille de substrat.
