- the mounting method according to the invention makes it possible to reduce the sealant width, reduces the number of parts and minimizes parts dressing to dismount during maintenance operations from where a reduced downtime of the vehicle.
- the assembly method according to the invention is that of a window stationary glazing railroad vehicle running at high speed, it is characterized in that a first edge of the window is first placed by the outside of the vehicle in a groove located on a horizontal part of the bay frame and then the window is tilted to bring the second opposite edge of the window onto the opposite horizontal part of the bay frame, and finally said second opposite edge is attached from inside the vehicle to said opposite horizontal part of the bay frame. So, there is no mechanical fastening on the horizontal part of the window where is placed the throat, it is no longer necessary to disassemble all interior cladding during a window change, and the fixing of the other horizontal part by the interior allows to minimize the width putty. On the other hand the installation from the outside allows to realize the mounting the window regardless of the position of the vehicle in the assembly line, since the assembly or not of the dressing interior is not important.

- the glazing is a double glazing. Double glazing ensures better thermal insulation and sound.
- the double glazing is consisting of a single tempered glass associated with a laminated glass.
- the width of the laminated glass is superior to that of single tempered glass. So the laminated glass covers about half of the bay amount of each side (half-trumeau), which ensures the continuity of the glazing. The windows of trumeau are therefore not necessary, which reduces the number of references to managed and optimize the time of the operations of mounting.
- the height of the laminated glass is greater than that of single tempered glass.
- the double glazing is assembled by gluing on a false frame consisting of two horizontal profiles and two vertical profiles. There is therefore no mechanical connection between horizontal profiles and vertical profiles. This design is simple and reduces the cost of coaching.

- the windows 30 and 31 are glued on a false frame 33 composed of two horizontal profiles 330 and two vertical profiles 331. The combination of the two glasses 30 and 31, the seal 32 and the false frame 33 constitutes the window 3.
- the horizontal profile 330 is introduced into a groove 20 of the window bay 2, the window is then switched to cashier 1 (see Figure 1) in the direction of F, in order to bring the second profile 330 into contact with the top 21 of the bay 2 (see Figure 3).
- the set is then fixed by means of 4 classic fixing.
- a putty is then interposed between the top 21 of the bay 2 and the high profile 330 of the glazing to make the connection waterproof.
- Laminated glass 30 is taller and wider than glass simple tempered 31 as can be seen figure 4.
- the glass 30 covers half of the trumeau 5 of the box 1, the other half being covered by the glass 30 of the next window.
- the exterior profile of the vehicle thus presents a continuous line, constituting in this a glazing flush.
- the vertical part 330 of the false frame 33 includes an obviously 332 which constitutes a guide rail for the blind (not shown) of the window.
