Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Vakuums in Behältern zur Aufbewahrung von vakuumverpackten Produkten, bestehend aus einem Basiskörper, einem beweglichen Schließdeckel bzw. -hebel auf den Basiskörper zwischen einer Öffnungs- und Schließposition, einer Vakuumkammer zwischen dem Körper und dem Hebel zur Aufnahme der Öffnungsmündung eines Beutels, den Unterdruckmedien, die mit der oben genannten Kammer in Verbindung stehen und die die Luft aus dem Beutel saugen bzw. zur Erzeugung des Vakuums dienen, wenn der Hebel in Schließposition ist, einer Schweißvorrichtung zur Heißverschweißung des Beutels zur Aufrechterhaltung des Vakuums und eventuell eines Verbindungsstücks auf dem oben erwähnten Deckel, das mit der Unterdruckeinheit in Verbindung steht, um an diesem Verbindungsstück einen Ansaugschlauch anzuschließen, mittels dessen auch in starren Behältern ein Vakuum erzeugt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im hinteren Bereich des Basiskörpers (11) auf der Rückseite des Hebels (13) eine Aussparung (26) zur Unterbringung einer zusammenrollbaren Schlauchbeuteleinheit (27) vorgesehen ist, die zur Bildung von Beuteln dient, die mittels eines Deckels (28), verschlossen werden kann, der unabhängig von dem oben beschriebenen Hebel (13) ist, und dieser Deckel (28) ist drehbar auf einer entsprechenden Achse zwischen Schließ- und Öffnungsposition besagter Aussparung (26), die mit dem oben erwähnten Basiskörper in einem Öffnungsschlitz (29) abschließt, durch den man die Schlauchbeuteleinheit herausziehen kann und die mit einer Führungsöse (28') parallel zum Öffnungsschlitz versehen ist. Die Öse (28') fungiert als Führungselement für eine Schneidvorrichtung (30), mit der man die Schlauchbeuteleinheiten in Querrichtung abschneiden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anforderung 1, bei der die oben erwähnte Schneidvorrichtung (30) aus zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Schneiden (31) besteht, die zwischen einem Halteelement (32) und einem Aufnahmeelement (33) gehalten werden, das am Halteelement fixiert ist, wobei das Halteelement (32) an der Führungsöse (28') des Deckels (28) der Aussparung zur Unterbringung der Schlauchbeuteleinheit entlang geführt wird, während das Aufnahmeelement (33), das oberhalb des Deckels (28) Zugang zu der Schlauchbeuteleinheit verschafft, eine Rutschleiste (34) auf der Unterseite der Klinge (31) aufweist, die als Auflage für die angrenzenden Ränder der Schlauchbeuteleinheit fungiert, wenn diese zur Entnahme abgeschnitten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einer beliebigen obigen Anforderung, bei der der oben erwähnte Hebel (13), wenn er sich in geöffneter Position befindet, auf den Schließstutzen des besagten Körpers aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einer beliebigen obigen Anforderung, bei der der Körper unten von einer Bodenplatte verschlossen wird und die unter besagter Bodenplatte eine ringförmigen Aussparung (36) aufweist, die mit Ösen (37) zur Befestigung der Gerätewände ausgestattet ist, die außen als Kabelaufwicklung fungiert und innen ein Gehäuse (38) darstellt, das entweder ein zusammengerolltes Elektrokabel oder einen Ansaugschlauch enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anforderung 1 und bei der ein Stromwandler in den Versorgungsstromkreis des Schweißelements und möglicherweise in das Unterdruckeinheit (17) eingefügt ist, die sich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei besagtem Transformator um einen elektromagnetischen Einphasen-Sicherheits-Trasformator (19) handelt, wobei dieser in Längsrichtung größere Maße aufweist als in Höhe und Breite und der mit Klemmen für den elektrischen Anschluss mit anderen Vorrichtungen ausgestattet ist.
