Claims (16)
- Kreiselpumpe, insbesondere für Haushaltsmaschinen, wie Waschmaschinen oder Geschirrspüler, mit einem Pumpengehäuse, das einen axialen Einlass, einen Auslass und ein Heizelement aufweist, und mit einem rotierbar gelagerten Pumpenrad, wobei ein das Pumpenrad und das Heizelement umgebender Strömungskanal vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungsquerschnitt des Strömungskanals (15) entlang dem Umfang zum Auslass hin zunimmt.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Ausdehnung (h, H) des Strömungskanals (15) entlang dem Umfang zum Auslass (12) hin zunimmt.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (22) in axialer Richtung wenigstens teilweise neben dem Pumpenrad (4) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Ausdehnung (h, H) des Strömungskanals (15) auf der dem Heizelement (22) gegenüberliegenden Seite entlang dem Umfang zum Auslass (12) hin zunimmt.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungskanal (15) einen geneigten, nach außen hin ansteigenden Boden (17) aufweist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (22) auf der dem axialen Einlass (11) des Pumpengehäuses (2) zugewandten Seite des Pumpenrades (4) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (22) wenigstens teilweise ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Pumpengehäuses (2) senkrecht zur Rotationsachse des Pumpenrades (4) im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenform des Pumpengehäuses (2) im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungskanal (15) innenseitig einen umlaufenden Eintrittsspalt (14) mit im Wesentlichen konstanter Höhe aufweist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpenrad (4) einen Ringspalt (13) aufweist, der in etwa auf Höhe des Eintrittsspaltes (14) des Strömungskanals liegt.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpenrad (4) eine Volumenvergrößerung in axialer Richtung aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Volumenvergrößerung des Pumpenrades (4) auf der vom Heizelement (22) wegweisenden Seite des Pumpenrads (4) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Heizelement (22) hinweisende Seite des Pumpenrades (4) an das Profil des Heizungselementes (22) bzw. dessen Aufnahme (16) im Pumpengehäuse (2) angepasst ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlass einen axialen Einlassstutzen (11) umfasst, der in eine Einlassöffnung (10) des Pumpenrades (4) hineinragt.
- Haushaltsmaschine, wie eine Waschmaschine oder ein Geschirrspüler, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Pumpe (1) nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche vorgesehen ist.
