In fact, an excessive deformation of the transverse bottom walls 9, 17 might affect air flow tightness and cause an early wear of the covering element 6.

Claims (14)
- Dispositif étanche aux courants d'air (1), particulièrement pour des portes et cadres similaires, comprenant un profil fixe (2), présentant une forme creuse ouverte vers le bas, pouvant être attaché à la sous-face (B) d'une porte (P), un profil mobile (3) au moins partiellement inséré dans ledit profil fixe (2) et ayant un corps sensiblement rigide (5), des moyens de mouvement (4) agissant sur ledit profil mobile (3) pour le déplacer entre une position levée espacée du sol (T), avec la porte (P) dans une condition ouverte et une position abaissée, en contact avec le sol (T), avec la porte (P) dans une condition fermée, ledit profil fixe (2) et ledit corps rigide (5) comportant des parties transversales sensiblement en forme de « U » qui sont opposées mutuellement ; caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend un élément de recouvrement (6) comportant une paire de parois latérales sensiblement plates (7) reliées par une paroi supérieure transversale (8) et par au moins une première paroi inférieure transversale (9) formant une section sensiblement fermée ; ledit profil fixe (2) comportant une paire de parois verticales (14), présentant un espace (DF) entre leurs surfaces intérieures (15) légèrement supérieur à la largeur maximum (DM) dudit profil mobile (3), pour permettre un coulissement libre lors de son déplacement de ladite position levée à ladite position abaissée ; moyennant quoi ledit profil mobile (3) comprend ledit élément de recouvrement extérieur (6) fait de matériau élastique présentant ladite section transversale sensiblement fermée de sorte que ledit corps sensiblement rigide (5) soit logé à l'intérieur de celle-ci
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois latérales (7) dudit élément de recouvrement (6) comportent une pluralité de saillies ou nervures longitudinales (16), appropriées pour entrer en contact de portée avec les surfaces intérieures (15) desdites parois verticales (14) du profil fixe (2) au cours de la fermeture de la porte (P).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de recouvrement (6) s'étend sur au moins la longueur entière (M) dudit corps rigide (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mouvement (4) comprennent un ou plusieurs mécanismes articulés (10) destinés à guider ledit profil mobile (3) dans un mouvement sensiblement vertical parallèle à lui-même, permettant ainsi audit profil mobile (3) de tourner légèrement autour d'un axe longitudinal (L) lors du contact avec le sol (T) au cours de la fermeture de la porte (P).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de recouvrement (6) comprend une ou plusieurs ouvertures (13) ayant une largeur longitudinale prédéterminée, pour permettre le passage desdits moyens de mouvement (4).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ouvertures (13) sont formées sur ladite paroi supérieure transversale (8) dudit élément de recouvrement (6).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois verticales (14) dudit profil fixe (2) possèdent sur les surfaces intérieures (15) une ou plusieurs surfaces de butée (22) appropriées pour entrer en contact avec ledit élément de recouvrement (6) et pour verrouiller ledit profil mobile (3) dans ledit mouvement vertical.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de recouvrement (6) comporte une seconde paroi inférieure transversale (17) adaptée pour entrer en contact avec le sol (T).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde paroi inférieure transversale (17) est sensiblement courbée, avec un rayon prédéterminé de courbure et de convexité orienté vers le sol (T).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde paroi inférieure transversale (17) possède des saillies longitudinales (18) destinées à buter contre le sol (T).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de recouvrement (6) comporte au moins un appendice d'engagement (19), pouvant être inséré dans des évidements longitudinaux correspondants (20) dudit corps rigide (5).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un appendice d'engagement (19) présente une forme sensiblement en « T », qui s'étend à partir de ladite première paroi inférieure transversale (9) de l'élément de recouvrement (6).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appendice d'engagement (19) est positionné sur la surface supérieure (21) de ladite première paroi inférieure transversale (9), pour stabiliser son engagement avec ledit corps rigide (5) et pour limiter la déformation transversale de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mouvement comprennent un piston plongeur ayant un élément façonné d'extrémité destiné à entrer en contact avec un montant aligné (S) de la porte (P).
