Claims (10)

  1. Elément de sécurité à caractéristique combinée lisible mécaniquement, ledit élément de sécurité comportant un substrat porteur (1) avec une couche (4) présentant des propriétés de conductivité magnétique aussi bien qu'électrique, une encre à pigments magnétiques formant la couche ou un vernis à pigments magnétiques à base de pigments oxydiques, de pigments magnétiques métalliques tels que fer, nickel, cobalt ou chrome et/ou leurs alliages étant intrinsèquement rendus conducteurs par ajout de Fe3O4, de noir de carbone, de métaux, de pigments ferromagnétiques conducteurs ou de pigments d'acier conducteurs, caractérisé en ce que, pour l'ajustement d'une nuance chromatique définie, les pigments magnétiques sont colorés par revêtement avec des métaux, par vaporisation ou séparation chimique, par galvanisation ou enrobement, et en ce que l'encre à pigments magnétiques ou le vernis à pigments magnétiques sont obtenus dans une dispersion de polymère d'acrylate ou dans une dispersion de polymère de styrène acrylate ou dans une dispersion de polymère d'uréthane acrylate.
  2. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'encre à pigments magnétiques ou le vernis à pigments magnétiques sont intrinsèquement rendus conducteurs par ajout de Fe3O4, de noir de carbone, ou de métaux, de pigments ferromagnétiques conducteurs, de pigments d'acier conducteurs dans une matrice polymère conductrice, dans une concentration de 0,1 à 30 %.
  3. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les caractéristiques de sécurité comportent au moins une couche avec des caractéristiques optiques.
  4. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou les couches à caractéristiques optiques présentent des propriétés luminescentes ou thermochromes.
  5. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de sécurité est pourvu d'une couche de vernis protecteur sur une face ou sur ses deux faces.
  6. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis protecteur est pigmentée ou n'est pas pigmentée.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis protecteur est colorée et/ou présente des propriétés luminescentes ou irisantes.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de sécurité est pourvu d'une couche de colle sur une face ou sur ses deux faces.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de sécurité est confectionné sous forme de fils, de rubans, de bandes, de pastilles et dans sous d'autres formes.
  10. Utilisation d'un élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 en tant que caractéristique de sécurité sur et dans des supports de données, en particulier des documents de valeur tels que cartes d'identité, tickets, billets de banque ou étiquettes, sceaux et documents analogues, dans des matériaux d'emballage pour des produits sensibles tels que produits pharmaceutiques, produits cosmétiques, supports de données, composants électroniques et produits analogues.
