Claims (11)
- Füllelement zum Abfüllen eines flüssigen Füllgutes in Flaschen (3) oder dergleichen Behälter, mit einem in einem Gehäuse (8) des Füllelementes (1) ausgebildeten Flüssigkeitskanal (9), der mit einem Einlass mit einem Reservoir oder Kessel (4) für das flüssige Füllgut in Verbindung steht und eine Abgabeöffnung (12) zur Abgabe des flüssigen Füllgutes in einen zu füllenden Behälter (3) bildet, mit einem zwischen dem Einlass und der Abgabeöffnung (12) im Flüssigkeitskanal angeordneten ersten Flüssigkeitsventil (13) mit zugehöriger Betätigungseinrichtung (17) zum gesteuerten Öffnen und Schließen des ersten Flüssigkeitsventils (13), mit einem beidendig offenen Rohr (15), welches mit einem ersten offenen Ende im Bereich der Abgabeöffnung (12) vorgesehen ist, mit mehreren im Gehäuse (8) des Füllelementes (1) ausgebildeten Kanälen (22, 23, 24, 25) sowie mit diese Kanäle steuernden Steuerventilen (18, 19, 20, 21), von denen wenigstens eines für ein Füllen des jeweiligen, in Dichtlage mit dem Füllelement angeordneten Behälters (3) einen durch das Rohr (15) führenden Rückgaskanal steuert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu dem ersten Flüssigkeitsventil (13) ein als weiteres Flüssigkeitsventil (21) dienendes Steuerventil vorgesehen ist, mit welchem das zweite Ende des Rohres (15) für eine Freistrahlfüllung des jeweiligen, mit seiner Mündung (3.1) vom Füllelement (1) beabstandeten Behälters (3) gesteuert mit dem Reservoir oder Kessel (4) für das flüssige Füllgut verbindbar ist.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das jenes zusätzliche Flüssigkeitsventil bildende Steuerventil (21) in einem Verbindungskanal (22) zwischen dem zweiten Ende des Rohres (15) und einem zwischen dem Einlass für das Füllgut in das Füllelement und dem ersten Flüssigkeitsventil (13) sich erstreckenden Teil des Flüssigkeitskanals (9) angeordnet ist.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskanal (22) mit einem Ende mit dem zweiten Ende des Rohres (15) in Verbindung steht.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskanal (22) sowie das Rohr (15) in eine gemeinsame, im Gehäuse (8) ausgebildete Kammer (16) münden.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Gasventil (18, 19, 20) in einer Verbindung zwischen einem Gaskanal (5, 6, 7) und einem mit dem Rohr (15) in Verbindung stehenden Abschnitt (22.1) des Verbindungskanals (22) angeordnet ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (15) an seinem ersten Ende von der Abgabeöffnung (12) ringförmig umschlossen ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (15) über eine an der Abgabeöffnung (12) für die Mündung (3.1) des jeweiligen Behälters (3) gebildete Anlagefläche aus dem Füllelement (1) vorsteht.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Flüssigkeitsventil (13) von einem am Rohr (15) vorgesehenen und mit einer Ventilfläche im Flüssigkeitskanal (9) zusammenwirkenden Ventilkörper (14) gebildet ist, und dass das Rohr (15) zusammen mit dem Ventilkörper (14) zum Öffnen und Schließen des ersten Flüssigkeitsventils (13) durch die Betätigungseinrichtung (17) dieses Ventils über einen begrenzten Hub axial bewegbar ist.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens drei im Gehäuse (8) ausgebildete Gaskanäle (23, 24, 25) mit jeweils einem diese Kanäle steuernden Gasventil (18, 19, 20).
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gaskanäle über ihre Steuerventile (18, 19, 20) jeweils mit dem mit einem Ende des Rohres (15) in Verbindung stehenden Abschnitt (22.1) des Verbindungskanals gesteuert verbindbar sind.
- Füllmaschine umlaufender Bauart zum Füllen von Flaschen (3) oder dergleichen Behälter mit einem flüssigen Füllgut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Umfang eines um eine vertikale Maschinenachse umlaufend antreibbaren Rotors (2) mehrere Füllelemente (1) entsprechend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche angeordnet sind.
